Design Features

“I'm tired of the creaking of the back cover! I decided to figure out the reason for their appearance and, if possible, eliminate them. As I understand it, the reason for all the squeaks is when you squeeze the phone on the sides (for example, while pressing buttons). From the factory, part of the cover with “tongues” up to the fold line is covered with a layer of soft touch, which prevents the plastic from squeaking while the phone is new. But as soon as you open and close the lid several times, the soft-touch on the tabs is wiped off and the plastic begins to creak in places of friction. I solved the problem this way: I took a piece of backing for the laminate and 3M double-sided tape approximately 0.15 mm thick (code 9448A). I cut a thin strip about 0.2-0.3 mm thick from the end of the laminate backing and glued it with tape. Then I cut it all into cubes and stuck it in the creaking areas. It turned out something like this:

After a couple of openings and closings, the laminate got into place. The lid closes completely, there are practically no squeaks.”

Why not? Don't drag the device into warranty because of such nonsense. Again, replacing the cover, even if you can convince the receiver, will “cure” the squeak only until the next couple of times you open the smartphone. The “folk” method is clearly simpler and the result is more durable.

Three control buttons are software, they saved on the backlight, it is not there. It’s becoming a bad tradition in budget smartphones. One of the advantages is the mirror backing, which makes it easier to understand and remember the location of the buttons. Use and remember while it’s light outside.

There is a single-color LED event indicator. Fool with it, even if it is one color (blue), but at least you can adjust the blinking frequency for different programs. The settings allow you to assign the volume buttons to trigger the camera shutter, this is really convenient and does not cancel the actions of the standard button on the screen. As for the resolution settings, the 8 MP main camera, as well as the 4, 6 MP front camera, have interpolation modes. They are of no use, but the files swell senselessly. The front camera is an advertising apotheosis: there is simply no “native” 2 MP resolution in the settings, there is only a choice between two interpolation modes. As a result, the front camera image is 800 KB at a quality level that deserves 100, or even 50 KB.

When the camera doesn’t shoot well, and it doesn’t shoot well, there is a desire to extract from the sensor at least everything that it is able to give. And here the advice I spotted on the forum is appropriate, quote:
