And here’s an amazing thing: in one of the conversations with Prestigio representatives, they told me about how their devices are assembled. I was assured that the company can influence the choice of case materials. And what do we see? Terribly impractical, easily soiled, glossy plastic that quickly gets dirty and is completely inconvenient for everyday use. Why this particular material was chosen is unclear to me. By the way, a white version of the smartphone will also be on sale.

On the right side there is a power button, it protrudes slightly, and it’s quite easy to feel it blindly. The button press is short, with a characteristic click. It’s convenient that this button is located on the side.

But the viewing angles are disappointing; at the slightest deviation back, the colors fade, and if you tilt the screen towards you, the colors are inverted. There are no problems with the corners on the sides.

I was pleasantly surprised by the screen of the MultiPhone 5000, as I expected that pixelation would be very noticeable at such a diagonal. However, it is almost invisible, and if not for the viewing angles, the display would be wonderful.

As for behavior in the sun, the screen goes completely blind and it is almost impossible to read the information.

Dimensions

Like other five-inch smartphones from B-brands, the Multiphone 5000 has two characteristic features - it is heavy and thick. It feels great in your hand, but I would recommend using both hands to work with it, since entering the same text with both hands is very convenient at such a diagonal.

And a few more personal impressions (in no way do I pretend to be objective): in my opinion, you shouldn’t look at smartphones with a five-inch screen and a resolution of 800x480 pixels or a TN matrix (we’re talking about competitors). You, most likely, are borrowing a smartphone for a long time, and this screen will be with you all the time. This is why I recommend paying a little over two thousand and looking towards Explay HD. Yes, it is more expensive, for this money you will get full HD resolution and an excellent IPS matrix, the rest of the characteristics are similar, but it is the screen that plays the key role, Roman showed me this smartphone, and the fact that such displays are installed in devices for 9 thousand is certainly impressive. Don’t save money, because you don’t buy smartphones every month.

On the other hand, the operating time of the same Prestigio is almost twice as long (due to the lower resolution and larger battery capacity). In general, the budget segment is always about compromises, and in this case it’s worth deciding whether you want to sacrifice the screen for the sake of battery life, or vice versa.

In this case, similarly, the manufacturer made sure that the described Prestigio smartphones have the same, ensuring high quality images, software platform. Prestigio Wize

Within this review I would like to touch on one more group of models. We are talking about the Prestigio Wize smartphone, represented by modifications A3, D3, C3. If we talk briefly about this representative, then this is clearly a representative of Po at least, its characteristics may indicate this.

Screen

Take the display, for example. With a size of 5 (or 4.5) inches, it has a resolution of 480 by 854 pixels, which creates a low pixel density. Due to this, the image quality seriously suffers and a “grainy” effect appears.
