I set the memory bar and how to activate it. Installing additional RAM. Forming words from syllables

Preparing for the Unified State Examination and State Civil Aviation Examinations, which schoolchildren will have to take, involves memorizing a large amount of information. How to activate your brain and improve your memory?

We have selected the most effective mnemonic techniques and other methods of quick memorization, which will be useful not only for schoolchildren and students, but also for those whose work involves memorizing.

First of all - the regime

A large flow of information and new tasks every day - modern students and schoolchildren have a difficult time.

“In order to use memory to its full potential and at the same time not bring yourself to nervous exhaustion, it is important to understand the limits of our mental performance,” notes Maryana Bezrukikh, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Director of the Institute of Age-Related Physiology of the Russian Academy of Education.

According to physiologists, the secret to good memory functioning is the correct daily routine.

  • Our brain can withstand continuous mental stress for only 40-45 minutes. After working out thoroughly during this time, be sure to take a 10-15 minute break.

Break is not for playing computer games or check what's new in in social networks. These 10–15 minutes are time for rest and relaxation. You can do exercises to relax your eyes. Maryana Bezrukikh recommends lying on a rug or sofa, relaxing your arms and legs, and breathing freely. You can play your favorite music, but only calm music.

  • After 3-3.5 hours of work with breaks (that is, three to four cycles of intellectual load of 45 minutes each), it is important to take a long break, have lunch and go for a walk for at least an hour and a half.

“If you save on a walk, you will steal this time from yourself,” explains Maryana Bezrukikh. “Without a walk, all further work will be ineffective.”

  • Having returned from a walk, you can sit down to study again - another similar block of three or four training cycles with breaks, after which Maryana Bezrukikh advises finishing.

At six or seven in the evening you can have dinner, go for a walk again for an hour, and then disconnect from school and relax.

  • In practice, this is most often followed by a third block of classes. This is not scary (unless, of course, you forget about breaks and rest). But it must be completed no later than midnight.

“After this time, it is useless to study,” states Maryana Bezrukikh. “You can sit until the morning, but only what was learned in the first half of the day will be truly ingrained in your memory.”

  • It is important to plan your preparation for the exam. If you have three days, the material should be distributed evenly.

At the same time, physiologists have long known that the second day of work will be more successful than the first (since at the first stage there is development), but the last day will not be as fruitful as the second. Knowing this, distribute the material, remembering to leave time for repetition on the last day.

  • The evening before exams, physiologists advise you to rest. Don’t have a noisy party or party until the morning, but relax, meet with friends, and get a good night’s sleep.

“A sleepless night before an exam does not give any effect,” is the verdict of Maryana Bezrukikh. “It’s very difficult to get yourself together after it, you can forget what you knew.”

Sleep promotes better assimilation of information received during the day. Moreover, the quality of information reproduction depends on a sufficient amount of sleep between training (memorization) and the test. It is in sleep that memory consolidation occurs - consolidation of received information and its transfer from short-term to long-term storage.

The longer the brain remembers something new, the more time it needs to consolidate. Therefore, sleepless nights before exams do not contribute to either successfully passing exams or improving memory in general.

How to remember better

So, you’ve built your routine correctly, don’t forget about breaks, walks and sleep. But what is the best way to work with information in order to remember it better?

“Simply reading a textbook does not give anything,” says Maryana Bezrukikh. – You need to read and take notes, highlighting the main ideas. Why is it often said that a cheat sheet is a very useful thing? Because when making a cheat sheet, the student makes a short summary, highlighting the main thing.” Also, in order to remember, you must repeat it. But do not re-read all the material, but go through your extracts and diagrams again.

Mnemonics techniques can help in mastering a large amount of information. Mnemonics, or mnemonics, is a set of methods for accelerated memorization.

“Mnemonics are often surrounded by an aura of mystery and presented as esoteric knowledge, accessible only to a select few. This is wrong. Anyone can master the basic techniques of mnemonics!” – says Nikita Petrov, teacher of mnemonics and speed reading in a network of centers additional education for schoolchildren "Unium".

Mnemonics techniques: quick memorization techniques

1. Creation of artificial associations

One of the main methods of mnemonics is the creation of artificial associations (chains of associations, associative connections). The point is to establish a connection between two words or objects - to “link” the unfamiliar to the familiar. If there is no natural connection, you will have to create it artificially.

The connection can be anything: fabulous, fantastic, absurd, funny. The more unusual connections you can come up with, the better those objects will be remembered.

“Human memory is designed in such a way that we easily remember what shocked our imagination,” explains Nikita Petrov. – And at the same time, information is remembered that is somehow related to this “amazing” event. When making connections, take advantage of this: connect emotions and imagination to the material you are remembering, and do not forget to put yourself at the center of these mental actions.”

2. Method of phonetic associations

The method of phonetic associations is an effective technique for memorizing foreign words. In the scientific literature it is called the Atkinson method, named after the American cognitive psychologist and memory researcher who first “officially” used it in 1973.

The essence of the method: for a foreign word, a Russian word that is similar in sound is selected, and then a bright, figurative association is invented between them. For example, you need to remember the word pillow. There can be many consonant Russian words - “naw”, “pil” (“drink” in the past tense), “pilot”, and even “pilaf”. And then you need to associate the pillow with one of these words. For example, imagine someone cutting a pillow with a saw or someone drinking while sitting on a pillow. And imagine this picture as clearly and clearly as possible.

Experiments have shown that using the method of phonetic associations, students remember more foreign words in two lessons than in three lessons using the usual system, and even after six weeks, almost twice as many words remain in memory.

3. “Place method” or “Roman room system”

The essence of this simple and at the same time extremely effective method is that the memorized units of information must be mentally arranged in a well-known room in a strictly defined order. Then it is enough to remember this room to reproduce the necessary information. This is exactly what the Roman orator Cicero did when preparing for his speeches: he walked around the house and mentally placed the key points of his speech in it.

“Find 25 objects in the room, arranged in order (lamp, laptop, mouse, book, etc.),” explains Nikita Petrov. – Fix this “route” in your memory. Take the first ticket. Write it down on a piece of paper keywords answer. Tell a coherent story using these words. “Tie” the first word of this story to the lamp (the first object in our virtual room). Do the same with all tickets. The next day, look at your record book. It will be “excellent”!”

This is how medieval students memorized large amounts of information. They wandered through universities, temples, streets and created their own routes. Routes may vary. It's good to have multiple routes to place items in different places.

4. Alphanumeric code (CDC)

The essence of the method is that each number corresponds to a consonant letter. Then the letters are used to create words that you remember through associations, putting them into sentences and stories. Here is the code:

“Out of habit, using alphanumeric codes seems complicated,” comments Nikita Petrov. – But if you learn it by heart and bring it to the automatic (reflexive) level of recall, then make sure that the best way there is no such thing as memorizing numbers.”

Repetition Tricks

“The nature of our memory is such that created associations spontaneously collapse after about 40-60 minutes, if they are not consolidated by repetition,” notes Nikita Petrov. “Therefore, the first mental repetition must be done immediately after memorization.” If you memorize text or speech information, then the second repetition should be done 15-20 minutes after the first, the third - after 6-8 hours (on the day of memorization), the fourth - the next day after 24 hours.

If you remember exact information (numbers, dates, formulas), then the second repetition should be done after 40-60 minutes, the third - after 3-4 hours (on the same day) and the fourth - during the next day.

Don't be afraid of high repetitions. Repeating from memory is much easier and more interesting than trying to remember something using the usual method to no avail. You can do this anywhere: at lunch, while walking, in transport. When you memorize accurate information, you can spend the entire day turning it around in your head.

Exercises to train attention

Pay half your attention to the second hand and the other half to the number sequence. Mentally list the numbers at intervals of three: 1, 4, 7, 10, 13... up to 60 and back, juggling the tasks in your mind. If you get confused or think about something else, start over. Try to hold on for two minutes or more.

We continue to “divide” attention. Concentrate one third of your attention on the movements of the second hand. Spend the other third mentally reciting a poem or song. Focus the remaining third of your attention on the number sequence.

When washing dishes, save attention by dividing the procedure into work cycles. For example, when preparing to wash a spoon, give yourself the command: “Start!” Wash the spoon as if you were undergoing surgery. When you've finished washing the spoon, dry it and put it back in its place. Say: "Stop!" Then move on to the next item and repeat the process.

Let us repeat: you should not expect “quick miracles” from all of the methods listed above, but if you systematically practice the proposed exercises and techniques, you can achieve impressive results.

Most experts in the field of operating system optimization Windows family One of the most important problems of these operating systems is the inability to use the full amount of RAM installed on the computer, regardless of the architecture (32 or 64 bits). The system either does not recognize memory above a certain limit (usually 4 GB in 32-bit OS), or sees the memory, but cannot work with it. How to use all RAM will be discussed below. But we should immediately warn all users that they can use some of the solutions below only at their own peril and risk.

How to find out the used RAM?

And first, let's see how to find out the complete installed and used in this moment amount of RAM. If you look at the system properties section, called up through the RMB menu on the computer icon on the “Desktop” or in “Explorer,” you will immediately notice that the description indicates both the entire volume and the available one. Why is the available size smaller? Yes, only because in any case the system is part random access memory uses it for its own needs (for processes that precisely ensure the functioning of the OS itself).

You can just as easily access the System Monitor in the Task Manager by going to the Performance tab. However, there can be two situations where it is impossible to use the entire volume:

  • the system does not see volumes higher than 4 GB;
  • the total volume is determined but cannot be used.

Limitations of 32-bit systems

Of course, if an operating system with a 32-bit architecture is installed on the computer, all problems could be attributed solely to its bit capacity, because such modifications of Windows with memory amounts above 4 GB are simply not “accustomed” to work from the very beginning. Therefore, the only correct solution to correct the situation will be the most common replacement of the x86 (32-bit) system with a 64-bit one.

But sometimes you can find cases when in the same Windows 7 x86 8 GB memory is visible, but up to 4 GB is available. But this is precisely due to the limitations that the 32-bit architecture implies. However, the situation may be even more trivial, since the motherboard does not always give permission to use the full amount of RAM. In order not to change the hardware, you can turn to some hidden software tools that will help solve this problem, if not completely, then at least partially.

How to use all RAM in Windows of any version?

So, the first thing you need to do is run the system configurator, called by the msconfig command, but always with administrator rights. If there is no such item in the Run console, you must first activate the Task Manager, and then, using file menu, set the execution of a new task, enter the specified command and check the box for creating a task with administrator rights. How to use all RAM, regardless of architecture?

To do this, in the configurator you should go to the download tab, click the additional parameters button, and in the settings window that appears, uncheck the option for using maximum memory, the field of which will probably indicate a value below the full amount of RAM. It is advisable to activate this item only if all processor cores are enabled, when for each core it is indicated maximum size memory.

Actions in BIOS

Now let's see how to use all RAM (remove the limit) using the BIOS primary I/O settings. Sometimes this also helps, although, as is probably already clear, the installed capacity operating system is also not taken into account here.

In the partition menu, you need to find a parameter containing something like RAM Remapping (over 4 Gb) or Memory Hole, and activate it by setting it to Enabled. If there is no such item in the settings, apparently the BIOS version does not support changing such options. However, you can access them by installing updated firmware for the primary system itself. But without special knowledge, it is not recommended to do such things on your own, since the consequences can be completely unpredictable.

Patching system files

Finally, let's consider a solution that specifically concerns systems with x86 architecture. It was said at the very beginning about using it at your own peril and risk. In order to bypass the limitations and use RAM in 32-bit Windows operating systems, you can use the ReadyFor4GB utility, which is suitable both for cases when the system does not see more than 4 GB, and for situations when the full amount of memory is determined, but it is not possible to use it possible.

After starting the program by running as administrator of the same name executable file EXE format from the folder of the portable application itself, press the Check and Apply buttons successively. After this, a message will appear in which you need to agree to install the patch for the ntkrnlpa.exe file by clicking the appropriate button (this will save the ntkr128g.exe file). Now, from the same folder, you should run the AddBootMenu.cmd script file (again, as an administrator), and then press the “Y” and “Enter” keys. When the script is finished executing, all you have to do is close command console, perform similar actions with the RemoveWatermarkX86.exe file and restart the computer. If during the restart the Boot Manager menu appears, you need to select the line for the system Microsoft Windows.

A corresponding entry will appear in the configurator. You can check the available and used RAM through the usual section of the computer properties.

Note: if you have problems installing a patch in Windows 7, you may first have to remove system update packages (KB) with numbers 3147071, 3146706 and 3153171 in the Programs and Features section, search for updates again and exclude these updates from the installation list.

Conclusion

How to use all the RAM, I think, is a little clear. It remains to add that the methods described above are more focused specifically on 32-bit systems, since in Windows with a 64-bit architecture, the occurrence of such situations is infrequent, and the default settings are usually such that there is no need to take any additional actions. For that matter, to free up additional RAM, remove unnecessary items from the startup section or disable unused services and system components.

Hello, I'm Turius.

Today I will talk about the practice of activating genetic information. In my previous articles, I have already touched on the topic of genes more than once, and said that most of them are blocked. These inactive genes make up what is called non-coding or “junk” DNA, which is completely useless from a scientific point of view. The name of this part of DNA implies that it clogs the human genome, and there is even an assumption that these sections appeared as a result of infection of ancient people with viruses that injected their genes into the nuclei of their cells and forced them to reproduce.

Indeed, one gets the feeling that non-coding DNA is something foreign and has nothing to do with the human body. At the same time, it makes up about 95% of all genetic information, and coding genes, that is, deciphered by scientists and playing a specific role in human physiology, make up only 5%. This ratio suggests that either genes are cluttered with unnecessary information accumulated over the long existence of humanity, or scientists are simply not yet able to understand the purpose of non-coding DNA.

It is worth noting that both points of view are correct, and there is indeed a lot of unnecessary stuff in junk DNA, but it also contains valuable data that is lost in a sea of outdated memories. In essence, non-coding DNA is the memory of the subconscious, and it contains information about everything that has ever happened to a person in different incarnations. In addition, a person inherits his rich ancestry, consisting of the experiences of all his ancestors, and this is also stored in non-coding DNA. This enormous database also includes those sections of DNA that ancient people received as a gift from extraterrestrial civilizations that collaborated with them on Earth and on other planets. Considering such a wide field of possibilities accumulated by a person during reincarnations, it becomes clear why non-coding DNA makes up the vast majority of the genome.

Non-coding DNA is a whole library, not inferior in its importance to the Akashic Records, the database of which spiritual entities use. Of course, the Akashic Chronicles are a unified library, and it contains knowledge about everything that has ever happened in the Universe. It is almost impossible to systematize such an abyss of information and isolate from it information relating to the development of a particular civilization, and it turns out to be almost impossible to trace the events occurring with a specific creature. All this leads to the fact that the data from the Akashic Chronicles has to be generalized and considered only the top layer of this information, without delving into the varied details. In particular, this is why many channelings telling an individual about his past lives are very abstract, since they are based on general information and do not take into account individual events.

On the other hand, many entities communicating with a person through channeling are able to look into his lynching library located in his own body and thanks to this receive more specific information. Data recorded in non-coding DNA appears in the human information field, and any representative of the subtle plane is able to read this field, just as an antenna perceives radio signals. Perhaps readers will even be outraged and ask: “Is it really our personal information is open to any other creature, and it can easily find out all our ins and outs?” This is true, and a person’s information field can be viewed by any representative of the subtle plane.

The reason is that non-coding DNA constantly vibrates, filling with the flows of the energy body, and the frequencies emitted by it constitute a certain energetic background spreading around the human body, called its aura. Thus, the information or mental body goes far beyond the physical shell, and is supported by the aura, which is the outer part of the human energy field. In addition, a person has an internal energy field contained within the physical body, and it is largely protected from surrounding fields. The vibrations of this part of the field do not come out, and the information contained in them cannot be read. This information is also based on non-coding DNA codes, but such data is carefully guarded by the physical body.

Only general information, most often duplicating data contained in the Akashic Chronicles and therefore not unique. In the inner part of his field, a person protects his dear memories, and most often hides them so deeply that he himself is not able to use them. This part of the subconscious stores the impressions that a person has received in many lives, and which are capable of awakening in him a whole sea of pleasant experiences that remind him of his former strength and possibilities.

In fact, the external aura of information contains only bare information devoid of sensory overtones, and therefore, relying on it in channelings, representatives of the subtle plane affect only the mental level of listeners. In order for this dry information to be colored with emotions and become alive, a person receiving an answer from the subtle plane should turn to his own subconscious and supplement everything said with his own impressions. Information read from a person’s external field can become the basis for personal practice to restore abilities, and such information can be useful. But in order for these facts to touch the sensory sphere of a person, he should conduct his own research, going into the storerooms of his non-coding DNA.

Channeling based on information from a person’s external field can be imagined as a black and white sketch in which the artist has briefly sketched only the outlines of a picture that can please the viewer with many bright details. Then this sketch will have to be colored, and possibly completely reworked, because in the process of working on the work the artist can radically reconsider his plan. Such a revision occurs on the basis of the impressions that the master receives by connecting with the space of his painting, beginning to feel every detail and finding more successful visual techniques.

Such clarification can be made by a person who has received the initial information through channeling or using another method of contact with the subtle plane. We can say that an energy message is a hint showing a person the direction for an independent journey into the depths of his subconscious. The representative of the subtle plane transmitting information is simply not able to enter the internal field of a person, and therefore can only suggest where to look, but he himself is not able to read many details that are valuable to a person. By connecting with the inner part of his subconscious, a person can see the events of his past incarnations in all colors and nuances, and such details can awaken in him genuine impressions experienced in the past.

The external field of a person contains information of a descriptive nature, which can be considered a kind of story about what happened to a person in past lives. Such a story was composed by the person himself after each incarnation, when, being in the space between lives, he summed up the experience gained, looking through the pictures located in his subconscious. This story is a kind of assessment that a person gave himself, and most often it is subjective. In subsequent incarnations, his point of view on what was happening may change greatly, so such a narrative may change its structure. This story can have other accents and other details, and as a result, the information will take on a completely new meaning.

This difference is analogous to the way two different people describe the same photograph, each person's perception highlighting features that may not even be noticed by the other person. The meaning of the narrator’s words is often clear only to himself, and the listener interprets them distortedly due to the individual characteristics of his perception, and these words may not even affect his feelings. But looking at the picture and at the same time listening to the interlocutor, a person can supplement his words with all the missing information, and thanks to this connect with his inner experiences.

Something similar can happen at the moment when a person perceives a channeling based on his own conclusions left by him at the end of one of his lives. The subjective assessment reflected in the channeling can tell a person the right direction for personal practice, but will not give him the emotional impulse to activate the abilities that he previously possessed. In order to touch his long-standing experience at the level of feelings, a person needs to literally see everything that is transmitted to him from the subtle plane. In essence, we are talking about the practice of visualization, which was already discussed in one of the chapters devoted to energy vision. Such revision can be carried out through the imagination, with which a person is able to manifest sensory information contained in the subconscious. The external flow of information, transmitted at the mental level, is a kind of key or cipher pointing to a specific cell in the structure of a person’s personal database, which he should contact to activate his capabilities.

In many cases, this key can be created by the person himself, and for this it is not necessary to perceive information through channeling or using other means of contact with external fields. The key that activates a certain part of a person’s subconscious is a certain query to the database, which is a thought form containing the purpose of interaction with this information field. When a representative of the subtle plane channels, he builds a flow of information in such a way that his thought forms can activate desired layer subconscious and awaken sensory memories. If a person interacts openly and trusts the words of a representative of the subtle plane, then perceiving the flow of thought forms rushes to that part of the subconscious where the thought forms transmitted during channeling call him.

In this case, the channeled information becomes a qualitative attunement to contact with the subconscious, and of course the conscientious attitude of the spiritual entity to the task that it performs during the contact is important. If the attunement is of high quality, then the person will be able to color everything that is said with his emotions, and the channeling he hears will become especially close and understandable to him. If the setting is abstract or incorrect, then even with absolute trust in this information a person will not be able to feel it. Therefore, the emotional response that a person can feel inside himself after hearing an answer from a subtle plane is the main confirmation of the value of the words heard.

At the same time, as already mentioned, a person is able to independently create an information setting for his practice of awakening subconscious memories that can become support for the activation of innate abilities. To create such a setting, a person needs to formulate the purpose of the practice as clearly as possible, presenting in all details the quality that he wants to activate. In everyday life, the formulation of a goal involves selecting words, but to activate abilities it is not enough to simply name them, since most often they have many characteristics. In different incarnations, the same person showed different facets of the same quality, and now, by turning to his subconscious, he can manifest those components that are especially valuable to him. Therefore, when creating a request for practice, a person needs to rely not on speculative conclusions, but on his own desire to realize his ability in one form or another.

In previous chapters it has already been said that the energy of desire is the main key for activating the subconscious. Desire is a thought form filled with feelings, the vibrations of which can penetrate any layer of the subconscious and raise from there a valuable stream of memories that exactly meets a person’s request. Therefore, the first step to activate genetic information is to work with your own desires, and here you can also use your imagination and visualization capabilities. The better a practitioner can imagine his desire, the more accurate his emotional impulse will be, directed into the depths of his subconscious. Such tuning will no longer be purely informational, as is the case with many channelings; it can consist of only one thought form, but it will be well-developed and emotionally filled.

In contrast to this, information codes channelings are hints and only work together to show the right direction. A sensual thought form created by a person’s imagination can be much more effective, since it corresponds to deep-seated needs, and therefore has direct contact with the subconscious. Thus, the first step in the practice of activating genetic information is to visualize your intention. For example, if we are talking about the manifestation of energy vision, then a person can imagine the pictures that he would like to see with his energy vision, as well as feel the impressions that he wants to receive as a result of visual communication with the subtle plane. A person is able to literally get used to the future image of himself, possessing the desired ability, and to experience in advance the sensations of using such a quality.

Such an emotional connection with the desired accomplishment is possible due to the fact that at the subconscious level a person already has the required experience, and therefore is able to relive these memories again. Memories of past lives are not just information recorded in DNA, they can manifest themselves in the metabolism of every cell and affect physiological processes in the body. Just as ordinary human genes trigger the synthesis of protein molecules, sections of non-coding DNA can subtly influence cellular metabolism and contribute to the manifestation of the information recorded in them. Since non-coding DNA is contained in every cell, the awakening of sensory memories can create a resonance at the level of the entire body and fully affect physiological processes. Thanks to this, activation will occur not only on the mental and energetic level, but also on the physical, creating changes in the material body.

In order to carry out the most qualitative restructuring of his body, a person needs to literally relive everything that happened to him in one of his past lives, when he had the required ability. The sensual thought form of desire can lead a person into self-hypnosis, while in which the practitioner is able to see many details of one of his past incarnations. This can happen at the moment when a person, having tuned in to the vibrations of his desire, begins to imagine how the corresponding quality can be realized in life. At the same time, details of both current life and abstract associations may come, striking a person with their fantasticness and novelty.

From the point of view of the subconscious, associations can be anything, and some may be based on recent events that happened to a person, others will be a manifestation of the events of that life in which the required ability was active. In addition, completely new associations may come that can become details of future events that a person once dreamed about and imprinted these pictures in his subconscious. Therefore, the stream of images that can be born in response to a person’s sensory request is an elaborate mosaic of frames from the past and present, as well as a possible future in which a person may find himself by activating his ability.

The subconscious contains answers to any human queries, and it is literally overflowing with a variety of data. Such redundancy of information leads to the fact that it is very difficult to navigate in the storage of the subconscious through logical thinking, since this library does not have a clear structure. Related to this is the fact that with his everyday perception, built on logical thinking, a person is not able to penetrate the subconscious, and in order not to get confused in excess information, he himself blocks this contact. But as already mentioned, it is possible to navigate the subconscious with the help of sensory settings, which, through energetic resonance, attract from this bottomless information field only those memories that are valuable for resolving the issue. The more subtly a person can feel his request, the more accurately the answer will come, echoed from every molecule of non-coding DNA and embodied in a stream of imaginary images.

Thus, a practice aimed at activating genetic information may consist of meditation, in which a person is able to deeply connect with his desire to possess one or another quality. Such an ability can be anything, even the most fantastic, and the most important thing is the power of desire. For example, if a person wants to learn to fly, he can start by visualizing the details of his possible flight. Perhaps in one of his past lives a person had such an experience, and therefore the images that can appear in his imagination will be his true memories. Other pictures will turn out to be his own dreams, to which he has already turned before, and they will be able to concretize his ability. In the process of daydreaming, a person may discover that his desire to fly is an emotional state that he wants to achieve in everyday life, and for this it is not at all necessary to have the physical ability of levitation.

As has already been said, in different lives the same ability is realized in different ways, and perhaps the ability to fly, demonstrated in one of the incarnations, in the current life will turn into a feeling of inner freedom, or into a creative flight of inspiration that supports a person in many aspects of life. In general, the feeling of flying is a feeling of personal confidence and strength, and therefore the desire to learn to fly is common among many practitioners. Such a request is particularly emotional, and therefore if you feel such a need, then you should address it and reveal it through your imagination. Only your subconscious can know where your meditation will ultimately lead you and what the original desire will transform into, triggering a restructuring at the level of physiological processes.

In the near future, the human body will be able to increasingly free itself from the influence of external fields, so many organs and tissues may undergo restructuring. Everything that was previously considered inappropriate or impossible can come true, including the most unrealistic requests. The criterion is only the strength of the practitioner’s desire, while the initial associations that come to mind may be abstract, or turn out to be distortions imposed by society.

For example, many people interested in esotericism strive to become “astral pilgrims,” that is, learn to move in their energy body to parallel worlds. Despite the enormous value of this opportunity, such travel is often associated with great risk, since by moving one’s energy body beyond the physical shell, a person becomes vulnerable to external fields. At the same time, many egregors that support people on such energy journeys specifically strengthen their desire to gain freedom from physical conventions and literally force them to break ties with their material body. As a result, many people who activate this quality in themselves risk being captured in the worlds they visit, and can literally lose part of themselves in them. But if this quality, which consists in the ability to travel energetically, is activated due to the awakening of subconscious memories, then the person will begin to travel in his own body without going outside.

The subconscious of every person is a whole portal through which it is possible to enter many dimensions and find a connection with almost any parallel world. Such a variety of possibilities is due to the fact that during each and past lives a person has established millions of sensory connections with different realities, and each such contact has been preserved in the subconscious in the form of a sensory attunement. A visual image that can come from the corresponding part of the subconscious can awaken in a person those vibrations that will help him create a resonance with the energy space he needs. The basis for interaction with this external field will be the practitioner’s own body, and the flow of information will begin to resonate in his cells, while only those data that are of value to the person will be retained.

The criteria by which the body selects certain details from the external stream are determined by the subconscious, which is aware of all the desires a person has had in the past or currently has. In essence, the subconscious is a unified field of human desires, manifested in many memories and dreams that contribute to the realization of these goals. At the moment when a person creates a sensory attunement to practice, this entire gigantic volume of visual images is built in a clear way in accordance with the expressed intention, and the process of manifestation of desire is launched.

During practice, a person can simultaneously contact thousands of parallel worlds, each of which will complement the mosaic of sensory images with its own details, and together they will create a complete picture. Such an integrated approach can allow you to activate the desired quality much faster than can be done by sequentially visiting individual worlds during an energy journey. All the necessary impressions can come in a single stream, reinforcing each other and thanks to this be embodied in a particularly voluminous and holistic emotional state, triggering physiological restructuring in the human body.

The basis for such a multifaceted synthesis of different vibrations is non-coding DNA, which permeates the entire physical body and creates a fine molecular structure inside it. During practice, a person can tune into the vibrations of his non-coding DNA, and the key is to feel the energy flows that are triggered in the body when visualizing desire. The practitioner can dream about the nuances of his future, in which the required ability has already been activated, or remember the details of one of the past incarnations in which he already possessed this ability, and thereby awaken in his body the vibrations that are needed to restore the lost quality.

These vibrations will allow the energy body to embody in its structure those features that are needed to launch physiological processes leading to the desired transformation. The structure of the energy body largely corresponds to the molecular lattice of non-coding DNA, and therefore the vibrations of desire will simultaneously stimulate both the emotional and physical spheres of a person, promoting their subtle resonance. The human mental body will also join the process thanks to full use imagination, therefore practice leads to the disclosure of all the body’s resources required to activate the ability.

Thus, the practice of activating genetic information is based on visualizing the desire that a person feels. The deeper the practitioner connects with his desire, the more vivid and clear the visual images will be, and the stronger the resonance will be leading to physiological restructuring.

The key to this practice is the interaction of a person with his non-coding DNA, which stores the entire volume of subconscious memories. This interaction can be carried out by sensitively tuning into the bodily sensations that will arise during practice during the arrival of imaginary images. Each image awakened by the desire of the practitioner can give birth to a whole series of bodily experiences, by perceiving which it is possible to unpack in your body a new stream of thought forms that will come from different parts of the subconscious and complement everything that has already been perceived. Therefore, as in many other practices, a person’s attentiveness to his inner sensations, which will guide the practitioner in the right side and help in achieving the desired state that promotes activation.

The most important thing is the strength of the practitioner’s desire, which at first can be expressed very abstractly, but in the process of practice it will gain greater specificity and clarity. At the same time, the subconscious can give birth to the most fantastic images that do not fit into a person’s usual ideas, but what is important is the sensory content of these thought forms, which can create an impulse to activate new physiological processes. Therefore, I wish you that the practice of interacting with the subconscious becomes for you a real flight, carried out at the level of imagination, awakening in your being a whole cascade of desired experiences. Let the free flow of inspiration launch rapid energy flows in your body that will help your body manifest the required quality in all its perfection. Let this practice allow your subconscious to become a real portal connecting you with a thousand parallel worlds that simultaneously share the necessary information with you. The impulse to start communication can be created by you yourself, by visualizing your desire, and then the flow of information will be best shaped to suit your request.

This technique, which consists in creating a sensory attunement, can be used during any contact with the subtle plane. This tool will allow the contactee to make his communication with energetic realities as conscious as possible, and at the same time establish a deep mutual understanding with those entities with whom communication takes place. A person’s desire will become the common goal on the basis of which interaction will be built, and it will determine the characteristics of the flow of information that will be perceived. Thanks to such meaningful contact, each thought form that enters a person’s consciousness from the outside harmoniously activates his subconscious and awakens in him a cascade of sensory experiences that best complement what he heard. In this case, communication with the subtle plane will acquire special value for a person, and any energy practice built on such interaction will become especially effective and lead to the desired changes at the body level.

“The principles of natural memory are based on the neural connections that are created in the brain,” says Olga Zimnyakova, neurologist at the MEDSI Clinical Diagnostic Center on Belorusskaya. - They make it possible to recognize objects in the surrounding world from a small part of information about them. For example, when we smell apples, previously formed connections are activated in the brain and a holistic image is formed in our minds: we will remember the apple.”

The central nervous system is not able to record all the characteristics of an object, therefore, after mechanical “cramming”, when a person tries to learn material without understanding its meaning, after an hour only 44% of the information remains in memory, and after a week - less than 25%. The basic principles of mnemonics are based on these features of the brain. You only need to remember a certain part of the information about an object (it is usually encoded using associations, numbers or letters, sounds), and then, based on some of the information, the brain recreates what you learned before the exams.

Phonetic associations (coding by consonance)

This method is perfect for memorizing foreign words, any names, terms or surnames - much of the above sounds similar to words that are well known to us. For example, remembering the English word sleep (slip) - sleep, we remember that when you want to sleep, your eyes stick together. “New words are remembered even better if you weave them into a certain plot that has at least some relation to your personal experience, - speaks Alexandra Gibinski, psychoanalyst. - Suppose, remembering the word Muzzle (muzzle), you can make a sentence: “In the morning I smeared my face with cream.” Try to use your actual memories of how it happened and what you looked like.” By the way, experts say that the more absurd and funnier the invented proposal is, the better. So, humor will help you!

Encoding words into images

This allows you to link information that is new to you to what you know well. For example, the state of Washington is a dollar, the number 220 is an electrical outlet, the planet Venus is a statue of Venus. You can create more complex figurative codes. “You need to remember the publication date of the first issue of the Pravda newspaper - 1912,” Olga Zimnyakova gives an example. - Everyone is familiar with the year 1812, which is associated with the image of Napoleon. In this case, the date of publication of the newspaper is encoded by the association: Napoleon reads Pravda.

Forming words from syllables

It is very convenient to use if it is difficult to find a phonetic or figurative association for a word. For example, let's take a word that is made up of a random combination of syllables - KNIKAMPHON. To remember this abrocodabra, you need to tie it to something familiar - in this case, for example, to the words: BOOK, STONE, LANTERN. This way you can sort out complex terms, names or surnames much faster.

Isolating semantic support

Often, before exams you have to memorize large volumes of texts. To cope with this task more effectively, divide the text into semantic blocks and mark the keywords in each of them. Make up a few sentences from these words and remember them well. “If you still cannot do without cramming, use the technique that artists resort to when they need to learn the text,” says Alexandra Gibinski . - During rote memorization, the hands and feet must be in use.” When learning from sight, take a walk, sort out beads, pet the cat.

Alphanumeric code technique

This classic mnemonic technique requires some skill. But once you master it, you can easily remember any digital combinations, from dates to complex formulas and tables. Its essence is that each number from 0 to 9 corresponds to two consonant letters of the Russian alphabet: 0 - NM; 1 - GZh; 2 - DT; 3 - KX; 4 - ChShch; 5 - PB; 6 - ShL; 7 - NW; 8 - VF; 9 - RC. "According to this code, any digital combination can be translated into letters, explains Olga Zimnyakova . “Then a word is invented under the letter code, which can be represented as an image.”

For example, the number 26 can be represented as a letter combination ДШ - soul, 707 - ZNZ - splinter. By translating numbers into words and images in this way, you can also memorize sequences of numbers: STRAWBERRY, CAKE, DISKETA, Notebook, SCISSORS, PHOTOGRAPHS = 365-292-473-229-010-821.

At first glance, this technique seems very difficult. But experts say: it is enough to memorize the alphanumeric code and bring it to automatic recall. In particular, those who have mastered this method, easily reproduce the sequence of more than 100 three-digit numbers!

Method of consolidating information in memory

To consolidate material in memory, it must be repeated according to a certain pattern. Please note that new associations are destroyed on average an hour after formation if they are not subsequently consolidated. Therefore, the first mental recall of information should be done 40-45 minutes after you have learned something. The second - after three hours, the third - after 6 hours, the fourth - the next day in the morning. You can do this casually: while playing sports, walking in the park, enjoying a cup of tea...

Any new information needs to be scrolled through in your head for several days to consolidate the material. By the way, this explains the fact that preparing for exams the day before is not the best option. It is better to allocate a week for it, and ideally two or three. And one more important piece of advice: if you want to retain the material you’ve learned seriously and for a long time, refer to it at least once every month and a half. It is for this period of time that fixed connections are preserved in the brain. If they are not used, they are destroyed.

Self-test

“As you read a textbook or lecture notes, pause periodically to ask yourself: “What are the key concepts here, what terms are unfamiliar to me, what definitions can I give them, and how do these ideas relate to what I already know,” advise the authors of the best-selling book “Remember Everything” by P. Brown, G. Roediger and M. McDaniel. - Answer without looking at the text. Use this recall technique instead of rereading.” Many textbooks have test questions at the end of each chapter - this is excellent material for self-testing. Coming up with questions yourself and answering them in writing is also a good method. Check in with yourself regularly throughout the semester. Let's say, once a week, give yourself a test based on the material that you have covered. last days, and according to the previous one. Based on the results, identify areas in which you are weak and pay special attention to them when training to close the gap.

Continuous development software entails increased requirements technical characteristics for his full-fledged work. In most cases, to run new software or games, a larger amount of RAM is required, so each user must be able to not only independently select compatible ones motherboard RAM sticks.

But also know how to install them inside system unit or laptop, as well as methods for increasing memory capacity using software.

In this article we will tell you about what modern types of RAM exist today and their cost, and also tell you about the main methods used by most users to upgrade RAM.

Upgrading RAM: what, how and why?

You can increase the amount of RAM in two ways: software and hardware. In addition, you can combine the use of hardware and special utilities, thanks to which more is achieved high performance RAM and additional cost savings.

Method number 1: Bought, installed, launched

Modern versions of operating systems starting from Windows 7 and higher require 1.5 GB of RAM for normal operation. That's why personal computers office configuration are equipped with two gigabytes of RAM. This amount of memory is quite enough for working with documents, browsing the Internet and simple tasks, however, if you plan to play modern computer games or work with resource-intensive programs, for example, graphic editors, it is too little.

In this regard, many users are faced with the need to upgrade their computer. However, this is not always possible, since 32-bit operating systems may not see memory sticks larger than 2 GB. These restrictions are laid down by manufacturers in BIOS settings. In addition, when upgrading a computer, it is necessary to take into account the RAM model, since the memory slot also depends on its type. Therefore, before going to the store, you should look inside your computer and find out the type of RAM installed in it.

Today there are three main types of RAM: DDR, DDR2 and DDR3. In addition, RAM differs in technical characteristics, the main ones being volume, clock frequency and the manufacturer, on whom the final price depends. So that you can get at least a little orientation in modern prices, let's look at the cost of RAM for various models from Kingston, which occupies a leading position in the domestic market:

— A DDR2 memory stick with a capacity of 2 GB costs about 1,500 rubles, and for 2 GB - 2,400;
— A DDR3 RAM module with a memory capacity of 2 GB will cost approximately 2,000 rubles, and a similar one with 4 GB will cost 3,200 rubles;
— SODIMM DDR2 RAM for 2 gigabytes costs 1,800 rubles;
— A 4 GB SODIMM DDR3 memory stick will cost about 3 thousand.

The prices given above are the market average and may vary depending on the technical characteristics, since the higher they are, the higher the performance and reliability of the RAM. The first two RAM models are designed for installation in personal computers, while the lower two are installed in laptops. They differ in their connectors and dimensions, and can only be installed in the device for which they are intended. For example, SODIMM memory modules can only be installed in laptop computers and are not suitable for desktop PCs.

How to install additional RAM module?

To upgrade your computer's hardware and, in particular, RAM, you will need to climb inside the system unit. To do this, you must perform the following procedure:

1. Unplug the power cable of the system unit from the mains.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two fixing bolts and remove the side cover. However, it is necessary to take into account that there are two service seals glued to the cover, which break when the system unit is opened, as a result of which the warranty period on the PC automatically ends.
3. Install a new RAM memory stick in one of the empty slots and secure it with special latches on both sides. As a rule, in most models motherboards There are 4 slots, two of which are painted in one color, and two in another. This is done in order to separate the memory modules from different manufacturers so that the memory strips do not conflict with each other.

The process of installing additional RAM in a laptop computer is also very simple, although there are some problems. design features, and happens in the following sequence:

1. Turn off the laptop from the network and remove the battery from it.
2. After this, on the back of the laptop we find the place where the RAM is installed. As a rule, most modern manufacturers designate it with the inscription “DIMM” or “MEMORY”.
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four fixing bolts and remove the protective cover, carefully prying it off from one edge.
4. Install a new memory stick and assemble the laptop in the reverse order.

Method No. 2: expand the amount of RAM using a USB flash drive.

operating room Windows system 7 and higher has an integrated Ready Boost utility, which allows you to expand the amount of RAM using removable drives. To do this, you need to insert the flash drive into the USB connector and format it. Next, call up the system menu using the right mouse button and go to select “Properties”. In the window that opens, go to the Ready Boost tab, check the box next to “Use this device,” click on the “Apply” button and close the window.

This way we can greatly expand functionality your computer at no additional cost.

Method No. 3: Optimizing RAM

One more programmatically Improving computer performance is optimizing RAM using special utilities. One of the most common programs of this class these days is Memory Booster, with which you can clear RAM of programs that are not currently in use. The utility has an intuitive interface, takes up little space and works in background, thanks to which RAM optimization occurs in just a couple of clicks and does not take much time.

Method No. 4: OS virtual memory

An equally effective method of increasing the amount of RAM is integrated into Windows tool called “Virtual Memory” Its essence is to allocate a certain space for the needs of RAM hard drive computer. In this case, the operating system creates a paging file, the size of which is equal to the amount of installed RAM, which allows you to effectively double the amount of RAM. It is worth noting that initially Windows will use physical memory during its operation, and after it is used up, the RAM will come into play.

In order to activate RAM you must:

1. Using the right mouse button, call up the context menu on the “My Computer” icon and select “Properties”.
2. In the window that opens, click on the “Advanced system settings” menu item located on the left side of the screen.
3. In the “Performance” block, located at the very top, click on the “Options” button.
4. Go to the “Advanced” tab and click on the “Change” button. This will open a settings window where you can manage virtual memory settings.

Finally

When upgrading your computer and installing additional modules RAM remember that nothing is limitless. The whole point is that various models Motherboards have a certain maximum RAM limit, beyond which they simply cannot work. In addition, the amount of RAM is also affected by the BIOS version, as well as the bitness of the operating system. For example, 64-bit Windows version can work with any amount of RAM, while 32-bit only supports 2 GB. Therefore, before buying a new memory module, you must first read the technical documentation for your computer.
