WHY IS IT WORTH CONNECTING TO THE AKADO ANTENNA SERVICE?

We first encountered them about 8 years ago, when the company that provided us with broadcasting services was bought by AKADO.
We didn’t watch TV then, and then the signal deteriorated sharply, so we decided to turn it off.
Then the flow of those wishing to refuse, apparently, was small, and I only had to call and order a shutdown by fax, so it was relatively painless, except for the fact that the master showed up a week late and the lie on the phone that “the master turned off the antenna, I threw the documents into your box, but they were probably stolen.”

Then, 2 years ago, we purchased another apartment, and there was also an antenna from Akado there. I have no idea, I answer, the previous owner did not leave any instructions in this regard, and I suspect that AKADO did not have any agreement with him, as in our case - AKADO simply bought the office with antennas at one time, sending everyone notices mailboxes, that now he is providing the service. No, they tell me, we can’t turn it off, we need the owner to terminate the contract with us (which he doesn’t have, yeah), and you are required to come (!) to our office with documents for the apartment and prove that you - new owner. After a lot of swearing and bickering, they finally called and said that on such and such a date a technician would come and turn off the antenna. Of course, no one showed up and the antenna was again on the receipt. I had to write a nasty, abusive post on LiveJournal, after which a customer service specialist from Akado, Anton Labrenz, instantly appeared there and asked to send him a certificate for the apartment (scanned, of course), after which the problem was solved, even without personal presence.

Disabling the service - AKADO Antenna (termination of contract)

After presenting your passport, the operator will give you an application form, by filling out which you will thereby terminate the contract with AKADO (unless, of course, you have debts to Akado for any services). In the photo below is a photocopy of the application to terminate the contract with AKADO, and an approximate view of the squiggles that will need to be entered. I didn’t post a blank form here, because I suspect that in their office they are allergic to the happiness of their former clients, so they will deliberately force you to sit, sweat and fill out this application in front of them. Moreover, this form can become outdated at any time due to some new comma :)

Oddly enough, the address of the office in Moscow was easily found on their website (metro Proletarskaya, 1st Dubrovskaya street, 1a.), and they dictated it to me over the phone, so we google the address and go to the showdown with a passport :) If you go on your own, then on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line we take the first car from the center and go to Proletarskaya station. Having passed through the turnstiles, we turn left into the passage and then take the nearest stairs to the right and go up into the city. After which, without unnecessary U-turns, we walk along 1st Dubrovskaya Street, to house 1A (photo below).

Disabling antennas of different operators

The first thing you should always do when canceling television broadcasting services from any operator is to make sure there is no debt. If it is not there, then feel free to call AKADO and talk about your desire to turn off the television. The organization will set a day on which a specialist will come to you and disconnect the apartment from the network, completing the necessary documents to terminate the service.

  1. You need to find out which organization services your home. This information can be obtained from the UIRC (Unified Information and Settlement Center).
  2. Make sure you have no debts. If there are any, they need to be paid off.
  3. Go to the EIRC and get a certificate confirming that you are not a debtor. If there is no certificate, then it is enough to provide a paid receipt for last month. If you pay for services online, provide an electronic receipt.
  4. After receiving the certificate, you can write a statement of refusal to use collective antenna. To do this, go to the service organization and fill out the necessary documents.
  5. The last thing left to do is to call your service provider with a request to turn off television broadcasting from your apartment.

Independent Forum of the South-Eastern District of Moscow

I used this option.
In mid-December, I visited the office at 72 Volgogradsky Prospekt, bldg. 1, metro station "Kuzminki". I didn’t write any statements. The information was simply entered into the computer and on January 1 the Internet was turned off. It is still possible to log into your personal account using the old details. I see the situation with paying for the TV antenna.

I consider it my duty to warn everyone: Akado is not an honest provider.
I have been their subscriber since 2007, no problems. I even recommended it to someone.
Now I regret it and inform everyone: in May 2008, I was disconnected for non-payment. It’s just that the payment was late, I called and read the check details, paid for two months for May and June.
but at the beginning of June I was disconnected due to insufficient money in my account.
I had a fight on the phone and sent a complaint to e-mail, I was told that the service has become more expensive, etc. But the advertisement came all the time, but there was no notification about the price increase! I paid (additionally) for June and July, but at the beginning of July I was disconnected for lack of money in my account. I called again, swore, wrote complaints by email, etc. I was told that due to the expansion of TV channels the price is rising,
but the thing is that I only have the Internet and my tariff does not include digital TV, etc. In general, within two months the tariff was raised twice without notice. I wrote, quoting the entire correspondence, as they demand by email about their unwillingness to cooperate with them anymore and to be their subscriber. I called the office and the girl on the phone confirmed that they would disconnect me and, accordingly, everything was transferred to the technical department or service. I calmed down a little and turned to another provider. But the modem was not taken away in July, I connected the modem and
I discovered that I have Internet and what’s more, I now have credit and my Internet works even in the red. I wrote to the service about this, called on the phone, expressed my complaints and reluctance, etc. I paid for August, wrote a request by email with the hope that they would disconnect me in August. I called the office, the girl said everything is correct, they will disconnect you.
On September 5, a guy came and took the modem, disconnected the cable (I was connected through the existing wiring, i.e. mine), gave me my signature on a piece of paper and left.
On Monday, a couple of days later, a fitter from the housing department came and connected my TV cable to the central antenna. I connected to MGTS and there were no problems, the speed and phone number and the corresponding bill arrived (less than 400 rubles).
In December 2008, after 4 months, I received an SMS by phone, pay AKADO

How to disable the Rostelecom collective antenna

Usually, TV antenna is registered in the name of the homeowner, so the issue of disconnecting it will have to be dealt with by him. If for some reason he cannot do this, then it is necessary to issue a power of attorney to one of the relatives. You will need:

There are many offers on the market for technologies for watching popular TV channels. Someone chooses the installation satellite dish and related equipment, some choose IPTV technology (which is also used by Rostelecom), while others simply choose the services of another provider cable television. Among the main disadvantages of a collective television antenna are the following:

How to disable a common antenna in Moscow

Having finally arrived at the correct address, it took me 10 minutes to resolve the issue. I wrote an application, took a copy of my passport and that’s it! The office on Arbat is free. By the way, a document about ownership is not needed if the “registration” in the passport coincides with the antenna disconnection address. They began to impose their other services (Internet, telephone, digital TV, etc.), I refused, but this is everyone’s business, maybe someone will be interested.

I went again at the MFC, they said they could only turn off the radio. By the way, many people still have it included in their payments. If you don’t use it, you can turn it off (although previously wired radio communications were a mandatory element of civil defense).

Disabling the Akado antenna

Yes, these brutes even took down the “Rostelecom” sign at the pottery shop!
Previously, when people there received a login and password to access the government service website dot ru, it was there, this time I went in the evening and barely found them.
They do EVERYTHING to ensure that people do not terminate the contract with them (the subscriber’s personal visit to the office is hidden like children) and even after I visited them from Zelenograd and wrote an application to disconnect the antenna, THEY STILL INCLUDE THE PAYMENT FOR THE ANTENNA IN THE EDP!!
Here are 314, DARASY! NO DR WORDS

Maybe someone will find it useful. Here's how to turn off the antenna, current as of the end of December 2014. I'm publishing their letter. It is also better to take the last paid receipt with you. I had to personally go to them from Zelenograd!

How to remove an antenna from your rent bills

According to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, all residents of the country have the right to access to all-Russian television channels. Consequently, a person can demand that the provider remove the payment for the “Antenna” service from the receipt. At the same time, he will not have access to other channels, as well as cable television.

Subscription fee for unnecessary services puts an additional burden on the family budget. This problem can be resolved peacefully by contacting the relevant organizations. The telephone and radio point will be turned off quite simply, but you need to figure out how to remove the antenna from the rent.

An AKADO Telecom expert answers your questions

Good afternoon
There is no way to connect Akado TV in my house. When I called to connect I was told that there was no possibility. Although I receive advertisements. Twice I received calls from Akado with the goal of “listening to the offer on TV,” when asked for what purpose, if you can’t connect, the first time they said goodbye, the second time they urgently asked to listen, but they could not offer the possibility of connecting.
The question is, for what purpose are you calling and offering services that I cannot use due to your refusal? This looks like a mockery. Why send Akado TV advertisements to my address if you can’t connect my home? Why don’t call center operators look at the possibility of connecting a home before calling and advertising something?

Hello, if you are connecting for the first time and have not used our services before, you will need to pay 10 rubles for network installation. The tariff is provided only to subscribers who have not used our services or to subscribers who only have an Antenna connected or to subscribers who have not used the services for more than 6 months. The tariff includes the following services: Internet: On the DOCSIS network: max. speed 100 Mbit, return channel 10 Mbit. On Ethernet networks: max. speed 100 Mbit for Ethernet, symmetrical channel.
Digital TV: 70 digital channels (as part of the AKADO Antenna).
HD TV equipment: rent CI+Module or HD tuner to choose from.
Equipment for the Internet: rent Wi-Fi router(DOCSIS 3.0 standard or for Ethernet network) Rental is included in the tariff price. If you voluntarily block the “All for 350” utility, all services included in it are blocked. This means that for the period of voluntary blocking only payment of 146 rubles will stop. “Antenna” is not blocked and must be paid for. The promotion will remain valid for the entire time you use the “All for 350” tariff.

Disabling the Akado antenna

With this service you can connect up to 3 TVs in your apartment to the digital TV provider, and subscription fee for the TV service you will only be charged for one TV + a small surcharge for the Multiroom service itself. True, you will still have to purchase or rent a set-top box or TV card for each connected TV. You can see the cost of equipment using the link “Services and Equipment”.

TV set-top box Smotreshka Box is small device, which the provider’s specialist will install next to your TV to connect to the provider’s digital television. It is otherwise called "Decoder". Without a decoder, the provider's television will not work (as, for example, satellite TV).

Television is without a doubt an important part of any person's life. However, there are situations in which the antenna must be turned off.

Algorithm of actions for turning off the television antenna.

How to disable a shared television antenna

A collective television antenna is a metal structure installed in any apartment building. She provides residents TV signal. Its cost is included in utility bills. But it happens that a separate receipt also arrives. In different regions of the country, the price for use and the number of channels differs. Residents of the capital using a collective antenna can view about 40 channels costing from 150 to 200 rubles.

If you have a desire to abandon the collective antenna, then simply unplugging the cord from the TV will not be enough. By doing this, you accumulate debt that will have to be paid sooner or later.

The refusal process is quite labor-intensive. Let's consider the order of actions that need to be taken:

ATTENTION. I would like to note that this procedure is completely free. If one day you need collective television services again, you can connect them in the same way. The only difference will be that the application will be written not for disconnection, but for connecting the antenna to the apartment.

Disabling the AKADO antenna

AKADO Telecom is one of largest operators Moscow region, providing telecommunications services to its users. Disabling the AKADO antenna is quite simple.

ADVICE. If you are determined, don’t delay. As practice shows, most conflict situations with the operator arise due to untimely refusal of services. Let us repeat - it is not enough to simply disconnect the cable from the TV; you must go through the entire procedure with the execution of the relevant documents.

How to disable the Rostelecom antenna

Rostelecom is an all-Russian telecommunications company providing a wide range of services starting cellular communication and ending with television.

It so happens that when using the services of this particular company, users encounter many problems. This is indicated by the quantity negative reviews in the Internet. Why this happens remains a mystery. However, if you are one of those users who are dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, refuse them.

Disabling Rostelecom television is not difficult. As in previous cases, make sure that you have no debt. However, if it does exist, you can pay it off while writing a notice of termination right at the Rostelecom office. Then you need to take a passport or documents confirming the fact of home ownership.

Go to the nearest Rostelecom office. The company has grown very much, and finding it in the city is not difficult. There, go to a specialist and write a statement of refusal of services. They will advise you in detail and help you fill out the form. After which your application will be processed and, when it is reviewed, the television will be turned off.

We hope the article was informative and helped you understand how to disable the antenna for various operators.

After replacing all the “tube” TVs in the apartment with LCD panels, some of which are capable of receiving DVB-T2 digital television on their own using a regular wire. The question arose of how to completely disconnect from the AKADO television antenna, because I didn’t really want to continue paying for something that was distributed over the air for free. Moreover, the AKADO antenna is mainly connected to a small TV in the kitchen, and a TV in the mother’s room, so two DVB-T2 multiplexes are quite enough for now. A long time ago I already had the sad experience of being disconnected from provider MGTS. Sad in the sense that in order to disconnect from them, I had to fill out declarations and travel around Moscow in search of all sorts of automatic telephone exchanges there in order to return their electronic junk to them (because the automatic telephone exchange near my house did not suit them).

In general, in order to disconnect from one single service “AKADO Antenna”, I first went through all the pages in personal account AKADO, looking for some button to “Disable the service” or “Terminate the contract”. The fact that there were no such buttons was not a particular surprise, because the providers are doing everything possible so that the client sits on their needle until the last minute and does not even think about disconnecting from them. After a naive search for buttons, I read some forums about disconnecting and terminating the contract with AKADO. It turned out that without lifting your butt off the couch, you can still pass out if you write a statement by hand and send them a scan or photo of this statement. But even here they have a crutch inserted in small print, since in this way you can disconnect from any service except “AKADO Antenna”. Finally, the most “pleasant thing” is a call to the office, after which it turns out that in order to disable this service, you need to personally visit the AKADO office, fill out an application form, and only after that the service will be disabled, and the contract with AKADO will accordingly be terminated.

Oddly enough, the address of the office in Moscow was easily found on their website (metro Proletarskaya, 1st Dubrovskaya street, 1a), and they dictated it to me over the phone, so we google the address and go to the showdown with a passport: -) If you go on your own, then on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line we take the first carriage from the center and go to Proletarskaya station. Having passed through the turnstiles, we turn left into the passage and then take the nearest stairs to the right and go up into the city. After which, without unnecessary U-turns, we walk along 1st Dubrovskaya Street, to house 1A (photo below).

Actually, in the photos above and below I marked where this monastery is located at the time of writing, because it is quite possible that the office will soon change its location. The office is located on the ground floor, on the left. In my case, there were practically no people visiting the operators, perhaps because it was a day off.

Moreover, this form can become outdated at any moment due to some new comma :-)

I think if you stupidly don’t pay for this cable antenna for a year or two, then perhaps they themselves will unilaterally terminate the contract. But in this case, they can go against the grain, add up all the debt and try to get it out through the courts. Therefore, I decided to personally visit the office and burn all the bridges connecting me with AKADO :-) In general, I disconnected from AKADO-Telecom in literally five minutes, because the office was empty (unless, of course, you count the time spent traveling and collecting information on the network). I’m sure that you can terminate the contract without visiting the office, if you know your rights, or if you have lawyers and lawyers as friends, but in my case, I had to take a little ride around underground Moscow. It’s sad, of course, that in our time, in order to get money from a person, sometimes having the Internet is enough, but in order to refuse to pay for something that is no longer necessary (to jump off the needle), you need to personally come to the office and bow at the feet of all its inhabitants: -)
