A wet affair with easy breathing. How to choose an air washer?

Humidifier or air washer? Before choosing, let's understand how these devices are designed and what purpose they are intended for. So-called air washers are devices that combine a humidifier and a simple air purifier. The air is humidified by this device according to the principle of cold evaporation - it operates without any filters or cartridges. The principle of operation is ingeniously simple: in a reservoir filled with water, a composite plate drum rotates, which is blown with dry air from the room (it is pumped by a fan), while natural evaporation of water occurs from the drum plates. It is the water that evaporates, and all the impurities that enter the tank with the air flow remain at its bottom.

How to choose a soundbar: weak points are well indicated by female vocals

This is the simplest type of external audio system (for example, JBL CINEMA SB200) - but, oddly enough, not always the cheapest. Such audio panels do not pretend to provide high-quality sound throughout the entire range and abundant functionality. Often they are simply active (that is, with a built-in amplifier) acoustics with an audible increase in frequency in the “speech” spectrum and are used when “everything is fine on the TV, but the sound is let down.”

Chinese manufacturers, as a rule, market newcomers flood store shelves with their own products; from time to time, successful models appear, but there are not so many of them yet to break the stereotype that consumers have regarding products from China.

Today we will look at a device that can somewhat refresh the stagnant atmosphere in the smartphone segment -.

On the one hand, this smartphone does not at all pretend to be an ultra-new device, the last word in the design of consumer electronics and so on. Moreover, recently, the division of Philips, which produces mobile phones, owned by the Chinese company CEC. However, the Philips Xenium W732 is not devoid of original features and fully corresponds to the manufacturer’s motto - “Smart and simple.”

Appearance

At first glance, the design of the device is nothing special - a black monoblock, at the bottom of the screen there are three touch buttons - “back”, “home”, “menu”, a rear panel made of soft-touch plastic, in the upper part of which there is a rear camera peephole with a flash, bottom speaker. At the top end there is a microUSB connector, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a button to turn the smartphone on/off.

There are two hardware volume buttons on the right side, nothing on the left and bottom. In a word, everything is quite modest, minimalistic, even as if something was missing. Most likely, this impression is due to the lack of a memory card slot on the sides of the smartphone. Nevertheless, it is there, just hidden under the back cover.

The Philips Xenium W732 case is free of hardware elements

However, the memory card is far from the most interesting thing hidden under the back cover of the device. It is much more interesting to look at the battery. The Xenium series itself is positioned by the manufacturer as a line of smartphones with a long life expectancy. This model was no exception to the rule. The Philips Xenium W732 smartphone is equipped with a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 2400 m/Ah.

Returning to the appearance of the smartphone, let’s say that the build quality and materials are at a fairly high level; we had no complaints. By the way, it is worth noting the rather light weight of the device: with dimensions of 126.4x67.3x12.3 mm, the weight is 168 grams.

Upon delivery, the smartphone is supplied with a charger, user manual, USB cable and warranty card.

Internal configuration

The heart of the Philips Xenium W732 smartphone is an ARM Cortex A9 processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz, RAM capacity is 512 MB, inner memory- 4 GB, plus expandable via microSD cards up to 32 GB. In general, the characteristics are quite modest, however, the smartphone copes with all the main functions without much difficulty, and the score in the standard Antutu Benchmark test is not so low:

  • Total 3975
  • CPU 1341
  • GPU 1403
  • RAM 499
  • I/O 732

Considering the tasks that modern users set for their mobile devices, the graphics subsystem of the smartphone deserves special attention; its role is played by PowerVR SGX 531, with OpenGL support ES 2.0, DirectX 10.1 with Shader Model 4.1. This system works great. During the test, quite complex games were launched on the smartphone, and no slowdowns or freezes were noticed.

Philips Xenium W732 has a high-quality display

The smartphone is controlled by one of latest versions OS Android ICS 4.0. On the device is original version operating system, without using any proprietary shells. In general, the device and configuration of this OS is already well known to most users, so there is no point in dwelling on this issue.

The smartphone screen also leaves a positive impression. The diagonal of the display, built on an IPS-LCD matrix, is 4.3 inches, the resolution is 480x800 pixels. Of course, the screen supports multi-touch gestures, up to five touches. The display sensor responds well to touches, gestures are fast and accurate.

We were also pleased with the viewing angles; no significant distortions were detected even with a strong screen deviation. The smartphone's accelerometer also responds to the rotation of the device quickly and clearly.

As expected, it is equipped with two rear cameras - 5 MP and front - 0.3 MP. Everything is more or less clear with the front camera - it is designed for making video calls, and it performs its function perfectly. And we can talk in more detail about the rear camera.

When taking photographs, the maximum resolution is 2560x1920 pixels. The video is shot in HD format – 1280x720 pixels, at a speed of 30 frames per second. The camera is equipped with autofocus, with a minimum focusing distance of approximately 30-40 mm. Autofocus works quite quickly, without glitches. All camera settings are made through an interface familiar to ICS users.

The Philips Xenium W732 smartphone supports the use of two SIM cards. In this case, one radio module is used, i.e., if during a conversation a call is received on the second SIM card, it remains inactive.

Philips Xenium W732 battery is incredibly viable

The division according to communication standards is also quite typical: one SIM card is used to interact with 2G networks, the second for 2G and 3G.

You can use a pre-installed browser to surf the web. The application works at five plus, in principle, no installation of Opera Mini or anything else is required. The browser supports Flash animation. For the user, the only question is where to download Flash Player, because, for reasons unknown to mere mortals, with Google Play this The application cannot be downloaded now. But there are other resources with free software and applications, so the problem can be solved.

The set of applications is normal for the basic version of the Android OS, it is worth noting that only the pre-installed ones Google Play.

Perhaps the most interesting thing left to mention is GPS support. A-GPS support speeds up the work of the built-in navigator. The “Map” and “Navigator” applications will help the user to plot the required route. The software interface looks friendly and understandable to anyone who has ever held a navigator in their hands, and the first acquaintance with the program is unlikely to cause any difficulties.

The multimedia functions of the smartphone are implemented through a standard media player, also familiar to users Android devices. Of course, the built-in speaker of the Philips Xenium W732 can only cause a grin among adherents of loud, clear and “warm tube” sound, but when connected good headphones the problem is removed.

Original packaging Philips Xenium W732

By the way, despite the low power of the speaker, the call volume practically does not suffer, due to the rounded shape of the back cover, so the speaker does not close, even if you put the smartphone on the table.

Well, finally, a few more words should be said about the battery and time battery life smartphone. As already written above, the capacity of a lithium-polymer battery Philips batteries Xenium W732 has a capacity of 2400 mAh, which makes this smartphone the first and only of its kind, since smartphones of the same class usually have batteries with a capacity of no more than 2000 mAh, and often significantly less.

For the user, this indicator means more than two days of active interaction with the device. We are talking not only about calls, but also about Internet surfing, multimedia, and so on. If you use a more extreme usage mode for the battery, say, continuous video viewing with the Wi-Fi module turned on, then the smartphone will last more than 8 hours. On the other hand, under moderate load, which happens much more often during real use, the Philips Xenium W732 can go without recharging for a week. Thus, the smartphone from Philips truly becomes a record holder among Android devices.

This is quite a remarkable fact that the manufacturer decided to focus on this indicator, while most devices are measured by screen resolution and the number of processor cores. Duration of operation is a simple and necessary characteristic that can turn many users towards the Philips Xenium W732.

So

Philips Xenium W732 is a smartphone that has all the functions a user needs, without any bells and whistles. Despite its apparent plainness, the smartphone has a certain charm inherent in high-quality products. It would seem that there is nothing unusual in it, everything is simple, even and smooth, however, I would like to call it a new, in the sense of quite fresh, device that has brought something unusual to the segment of inexpensive Android smartphones.

Excellent battery, I’ll tell you in detail how it was. From 100% charge to the request to charge, the phone lasted exactly 2 weeks. I may not be the most active user, but nevertheless: out of these 2 weeks - Wi-Fi for half an hour a day every day, a couple of calls, a couple of SMS - every day, 3 days I surfed the Google market and downloaded everything I needed, 3 days I watched the video 1.5 hours a day. +excellent screen. I watch videos all the time + reliable reception + Internet, Wi-Fi, any gadgets from Android can be installed + 2 SIM cards + quality = price

    1) battery!!! I bought it with a charge of 87%. I decided to discharge it and see the battery life on WI-FI. The scheme was as follows: I turned on the TV tuner on the PC, and on the smart TeamViewer via WIFI. It turned out to be remote viewing of TV via w732 on a PC :-). The result is pleasing. At medium volume + medium backlight level = 6 hours. The manufacturer says 12 hours. On Samsung Ace it was enough for a maximum of 1.5. And after a year of operation and generally less than an hour. If you also install additional software and battery optimization programs, you can add another 10-12 hours to your life (mcTweaker, killer, etc.) 2) The connection holds well. 3) Audibility during a conversation is normal. We used both Samsung and HTC. There was something to compare with. Addition. In use for the 3rd month. The flight is normal. There are no glitches. Absolutely not! GPS works stably. Sput

Capacious battery! enough for 3-4.5 days consistently. It charges without charging, I turned it off at 10% of the charge, after 2 hours I turned on the charge to 30%, and it lasted until the next day. I listen to music 4 hours a day via bluetooth while I’m getting from work, to work, or on my way to work. At home the waffle works all the time. The case is not easily soiled. The film on the screen is also +. There are many advantages for everyone.

Battery for 2 days of playing for a child, applications do not slow down despite the 1-core processor, price, screen (quite bright, pixelation is not noticeable at all), equipment (film and spare back cover- red and blue options, I asked for blue in the order - and received it). The video is shot at a maximum of 1280x720 (in the description 640x480 is an error). It looks like a fairly simple brick and fits comfortably in the hand. No problems have been noticed so far during conversations.

Pros: The battery lasts a long time, quite convenient, large screen, 2 SIM cards, good battery.

A real little thing (very easy to fix): a short charging cord (fixed with a USB extension cable), a so-so headset (for up to 1000 rubles you can buy real vacuum “ears”), size (I got used to it on the 2nd day, now I pick up other phones and something is not quite right anymore), there are very few cases (with difficulty, but I still found them, they say in the Capital they already have one for the model, what can you do? The regions are waiting))))

    2) there is no camera button. a standard ambush of modern phones.
    3) headphones included - none.
    4) the power button is not very conveniently located and creaks when pressed. seems durable.

The "ON" button is close to the USB. The charging cord gets in the way a little when pressing the button, but not critical. The camera could be better, but not critical. Performs the main functions of operational photography with dignity. This is a phone, not a Nikon :-)! GPRS works really worse than others. It takes a long time to search for satellites: from 3 to 7 minutes.
When working as a navigator. People, hide his Sun! I, stupidly, had a car on the dashboard (on a suction cup). After 3 hours it started flashing colors, froze and passed out. Didn't turn on at all. Well, I thought HANA, because... the black tailgate (and the whole thing) was hot. But, after 15-20 minutes in the glove compartment, it came to life and still works without any complaints.

The screen is not bright enough in the sun!!

It has been producing mobile phones with good battery life for a long time, but the Philips Xenium W732 smartphone has quite interesting characteristics, support for two SIM cards, and also a very affordable price. In this mini-review we will try to touch on the main features of the device.

Let's start with the appearance of the gadget. The Philips Xenium W732 is designed in a style quite typical for the company's products: it looks simple, without any bells and whistles, the assembly is well done, and the smartphone is easy to use.

Xenium W732 has quite large dimensions - 126.4x67.3x12.3 mm and also weighs a lot - 168.9 grams. The heaviness is, of course, due to the large-capacity battery and, although the body is made of plastic, there are metal inserts on the sides, which also add additional weight.

On the front panel, in addition to the screen, there is a front camera, proximity and light sensors, an earpiece and touch buttons management.

The back cover is made of softtouch plastic. It houses the main camera with LED flash, holes for the speaker and the company name.

Performance and Software

Philips Xenium W732 runs on a single-core MediaTek MT6575 Cortex-A9 processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz, 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal (only 2 GB available) memory (there is a card slot). The smartphone has good performance for mid-range mobile gadgets. Below are the device benchmarks.

Xenium W732 supports two SIM cards, but when talking on one of them, the second will simply be unavailable for incoming calls.

Philips Xenium W732 running under operating room control Android systems 4.0.3 and has pre-installed games and applications: an audio player with an equalizer, a video player, three browsers DolphinBrowser, GoogleChrome and a standard Android browser and other programs. The smartphone allows you to use Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G network modules .

The gadget is capable of playing video in HD format, but for this you will need to install a special video player.

Screen

The smartphone is equipped with a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display, made using technology, with a resolution of 800x480 pixels. Color rendition – 256 thousand shades.

The picture looks very good, the viewing angles are quite wide, but in sunlight the fading is strong, so the information is very difficult to see.

Camera

Philips Xenium W732 is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash, autofocus and spot focusing. The camera is not the best in its class, but it allows you to shoot better than Philips smartphones. The maximum resolution of the resulting photos is 2592x1944 pixels. Examples of photographs taken with this device.

The camera also allows you to record video with a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels.

The Xenium W732 has a 0.3 megapixel front camera for video calling.

Battery

Main plus of this smartphone– this is, of course, the battery life, since it is equipped lithium ion battery capacity 2400 mAh.

The battery should provide, according to the documentation, up to 800 hours of standby time, up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 8 hours when working via Wi-Fi.

Introduction

Finally, companies have slowly begun to emerge from the “product” stagnation and offer users inexpensive, high-quality and functional gadgets. One part of the companies brands Chinese tablets and smartphones, the other creates them on its own. I include the Philips company in the last, so to speak, category, although, as far as I know, it gave the right to the Philips brand (mobile phone production division) to China Electronics Corporation.

Today's review will be dedicated to Xenium smartphone W732. The company emphasizes that the device continues the Xenium line of “long-lasting” phones. The device was equipped with an excellent IPS screen, a fairly powerful and popular Taiwanese chipset from MediaTek with a processor clock speed of 1 GHz. All this was “fuelled” by one of latest updates Android versions Ice Cream Sandwich. Naturally, since we are talking about “Xenium”, it means there must be a capacious battery. And it’s here: as much as 2400 mAh! Overall, a good picture is already emerging. Let's see what happens in practice. For this purpose, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with the detailed test of the Philips Xenium W732.

Design, dimensions, control elements

After the transfer of the Philips mobile division to CEC in 2006, the design of many devices changed greatly. I can't say that in the worst side, but the devices have become somewhat strange, to put it mildly. Unfortunately, this also applies to our test sample: the appearance of the Xenium W732 is clearly not for everyone.

The body of the gadget is completely made of plastic. Its edges are sloping. The thin black edging on the front panel smoothly transitions into the side inserts, which are attached with small screws. Looks interesting. On the left side there is the inscription “Xenium 9@9”. Back panel, covering the upper and lower ends, is covered with “soft-touch” plastic of light gray color. The material seemed quite slippery to me. And this is strange: usually rubberized plastic is used to increase the resistance of the hand with the device.

The assembly does not cause any complaints: over a long period of operation, neither play nor squeaking appeared. The back panel does not bend down to the battery. If fingerprints remain, they are only on the screen, and even then they are practically invisible - a definite plus of a phone with touch screen. Over the course of a month of active use, the W732 case perfectly withstood the onslaught of keys in my pocket: no chips, no scratches, no abrasions. However, you should not exaggerate the protective properties of Philips and check it for torsion, falling, etc. The manufacturer claims that the display is protected by ordinary glass, i.e. This is not Corning Gorilla.

The W732 fits well in the hand, but the width is a little confusing; I would like it to be a little smaller. But in this case, nothing can be done: either we reduce the thickness and get a weak battery, or we increase the thickness to install a powerful battery. Device dimensions - 126.4x67.3x12.3 mm, weight - 168 grams.

The Xenium W732 has two sensors: proximity and lighting. The first one reacts very quickly, and during the operation of the device no false shutdowns of the screen lock were noticed at the time of the call. The second sensor correctly and smoothly adjusts the backlight brightness level. There are no complaints about him either. Next to them is a front camera designed for video calls.

The speech speaker is loud, the interlocutor can be heard clearly and intelligibly, the timbre is pleasant: both low and mid frequencies can be heard well. At maximum volume there is no wheezing or rattling.

Below the display there are touch buttons: “Back”, “Home” and “Menu”. They are painted with white translucent paint and have a fairly bright backlight. The microphone is located under "Back".

On the bottom end there are no connectors, in fact, like on the left side, and on the top there is a standard 3.5 mm audio output for headphones or a headset, a microUSB port and a small oval button to turn the device on/off recessed into the body. Its stroke is small, the pressure is soft. The location is not very good, since the device is large and sometimes it is not easy to reach the unlocking: you have to use your second hand.

On the right are two separate volume keys. They are very small, thin, but protruding slightly above the body. The buttons could have been made a little larger.

On the back side there is a camera module, a flash and a slot where the speakerphone is hidden.

To open the cover, you need to pry it off the microUSB recess. Top left to right: slots for SIM1, SIM2 and microSD (hot swap supported).

Display

The Philips Xenium W732 smartphone uses a 4.3-inch display ( physical size 56x94 mm). The resolution is 480x800 pixels, with a density of 217 pixels per inch. The matrix is made using IPS-LCD technology. Most Chinese devices starting at $170 have been equipped with a similar matrix for a long time. Such gadgets began to appear in our country relatively recently. The touch layer, naturally of a capacitive type, handles up to 5 simultaneous touches.

The sensitivity of the touch layer is excellent and is comparable to the sensitivity of displays in top-end phones.

The viewing angles of the screen are large: when tilted, the brightness only drops slightly. By the way, it is slightly higher than on the ZTE V970 and comparable to the Highscreen Alpha GT. Color rendition is natural. Pixelation is almost unnoticeable. There is no purple tint at certain angles. The "depth" of black is good, but at least, the backlight glow in the dark is not as high as on TN matrices.

In general, I can note that the screen leaves a very good impression - one of the best in its segment.

There is a three-axis accelerometer (BMA222) for automatic image rotation. The settings are standard for Android 4.0.

Battery

The Philips W732 uses a removable lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery with a capacity of 2400 mAh, 3.7 V, 8.9 Wh. Type – AB2400AWMC. We previously saw a similar capacity in the budget Fly Marathon. Samsung smartphones Galaxy Note/Note II or Motorola Razr Max don't count - they belong to a different price category.

If you use the phone for about 20 hours, the battery will be completely discharged provided: 20-25 minutes of calls per day, 5 hours of Wi-Fi Internet use (Twitter, mail, downloading applications and installing them), about 5 hours of mobile Internet and a couple of hours of listening to music.

You can listen only to music for 55 hours, watch only video (maximum screen brightness, high volume, movie resolution - HD 720p) - just under 10 hours. If you want to play toys (for example, Dead Trigger), then you won’t have to save energy either - the battery will run out only after 6.5 hours!

Communication capabilities

The phone works in cellular networks 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, 900/1800/1900 MHz) and 3G (850/2100 MHz). In this case, one SIM card functions only in 2G, the other - in 2G or 3G. If used Mobile Internet, then the settings limit traffic - a special feature of Android 4.0. In the “SIM Card Management” settings section, you can set the name of the SIM cards, their color, and data transfer.

USB 2.0 (High-Speed) is used for file transfer and data synchronization.

There were no connection problems, Wi-Fi sensitivity was high: for example, at a distance of 5 meters (behind a wall) from the W732 router, it confidently showed 1-2 “sticks” out of 4. During testing, no connection interruptions or glitches with network loss were observed.

Memory and memory card

The smartphone is equipped with 512 MB random access memory– this is not much, but for most purposes it is enough. The system is quite well optimized, since about 250 MB of RAM is available. Usually in such devices it is no more than 150 - 170 MB.

Although the specification lists 4GB of Flash memory, just over 2.5GB is available. Expandable by installing a microSD card, the maximum capacity of which can be 32 GB.

Camera

The device was equipped with two camera modules: a main one of 5 MP, a front one of 0.3 MP. There is a single-section LED flash. The maximum photo resolution is 2560x1920 pixels, video - 1280x720 pixels at 30 frames per second.

The first thing I liked was the minimum focusing distance - about 30-40 mm. Second - natural colors, correct work white balance. Third, focusing accuracy: usually in such devices it suffers greatly and you have to “aim” several times. Just a small note about the dynamic range - I wish it was a little wider.

The minimum ISO value is 88, the maximum is 623. The maximum shutter speed is 1/8000, the minimum is 1/8. To focus, you can click on the screen. So that the camera can focus in poor lighting conditions, the camera increases the ISO to 800 - 1000 for a second.

The camera contains interesting mode, I don’t even know what to call it, let it be “pseudo-3D”. This is achieved as follows: you need to slowly move the smartphone horizontally until the green squares on the display are filled. In the gallery, such photos will be indicated by an icon with a flower design. Open a photo and slide your finger left or right: the image moves animatedly to the left or right. The effect is, of course, interesting, but not very high quality.

The Philips W732 shoots videos with autofocus. The quality is good, it doesn’t lose sharpness and doesn’t constantly try to find it. The sound, as always, is unimportant: the low bitrate makes itself felt. You can increase the bitrate using the LG Camera app. This will improve intelligibility but decrease sensitivity.

Skype program works fine.

The settings are familiar to Android 4.0.x.

Performance

It uses exactly the same MediaTek MTK6575 chipset that is used in Explay Infinity, Highscreen Alpha GT and other similar smartphones. ARM Cortex A9 processor running on clock frequency 1 GHz. The graphics subsystem is PowerVR SGX 531, which supports OpenGL ES 2.0, DirectX 10.1 with Shader Model 4.1. Regarding the processor, graphics system and the impressions that the chipset caused, I wrote in great detail in the Explay test. To avoid repetition, I suggest reading the text of the Infinity review.

Below are the performance tests:

Antutu benchmark

Navigation

The smartphone has a GPS navigator, and A-GPS helps it. In the settings, you have the right to enable the EPO (Extended Prediction Orbit) mode - one of MediaTek’s innovative proprietary A-GPS technologies based on autonomous servers. It supports satellite orbit predictions for up to 30 days, which can be used to reduce the time required to determine GPS coordinates. “Cold” start – 2-3 minutes, “hot” – up to 10 seconds. To work with maps, the device has the following programs: “Maps” and “Navigator”.

Software platform

Acts as an operating system Google Android version 4.0.3. Kernel version – 3.0.13. There are no plans to update to 4.1, so all hope is on programmers and their custom firmware.

The shell is “naked” Android 4.0. Below are screenshots.

Calls and messages

The Philips Xenium W732, like all other similar Android smartphones, uses only one radio module. During a call using one SIM, the other will not be available.

When dialing a number, those subscribers whose numbers begin with these numbers are displayed at the top. When you make a call, the display displays a full-screen avatar and the following panel: “Dialer”, “Speakerphone”, “Mute”, “Hold”, “+Call”, “Call recording”.

Applications

Nothing new has been installed - standard software from Google: Play, Addresses, Navigator, calendar, calculator, clock, and so on.

Web browser

Habitual web browser. It works very quickly, naturally, supports Flash animation. True, recently they removed it from Google Play Adobe Flash Player, so now you will have to download it from third-party resources.

Multimedia

Music player . A standard music player, familiar to everyone from bare-bones Android 4.0. Equalizer presets: normal, classic, dance, flat, folk, heavy metal and so on. The “own” five-band equalizer is configured from 60 Hz to 14 kHz. There are two sliders - bass boost and 3D effect.

The sound quality in the headphones is excellent! It’s even somehow strange: it seems that the Highscreen GT uses the same chipset, but the sound is a little worse. The Philips W732 feels like low frequencies deeper, and mids and highs more detailed.

The volume of the ringing speaker is average. If the Xenium W732 is placed with the back side down, the speaker does not close, so the volume does not drop. If you close it with your finger, the volume will decrease by 90%, i.e. practically nothing will be heard.

FM radio. The receiver operates at frequencies 87.5 – 107.8 MHz. RDS is supported, the broadcast is recorded in 3gpp format. Unlike Explay Infinity, headphones must be connected for the radio to function. The volume on the speaker is low, I would say quiet.

Video player. There is no separate application on the phone, so you will have to launch videos through the “Gallery” (supports MKV, AVI, 3GP by default). However, in Lately this is no longer necessary, since it is easier to install, for example, MX Video Player and play any video formats with various codecs. The resolution should not exceed 1280x720 pixels, bitrate - no more than 10 Mbit/s. But to avoid minor slowdowns in videos, it is best to watch standard DVDRips (720x480 pixels, bitrate up to 3 Mbit/s, sound - 2 or 6 channels).

Conclusion

The quality of communication was not satisfactory: the signal level is not bad even in difficult reception conditions. The vibration alert is of average strength (probably due to the large size of the device) and is only noticeable in internal pockets.

The Philips Xenium W732 smartphone will go on sale in mid-October at the recommended retail price 9,990 rubles. For this money you get a pretty fast Android smartphone with a capacious battery and an excellent IPS display matrix. Personally, I liked the device; I didn’t find any obvious bugs or glitches in it. Of course, there are some controversial issues, for example, a quiet speaker and weak vibration, but this is not at all critical. The weight and dimensions are explained by the presence of a powerful battery.

If we cite competitors with batteries of similar capacity, then there is Fly Marathon. However, it loses greatly to Philips in absolutely every point except cost (about 6,000 rubles). Fly IQ440 Energie is expected soon, but its price has not yet been announced.

Not taking into account the battery, I can cite the following models as an example:
