The program is compiled taking into account the working conditions of the school, the student population, and the material and technical base. In high school, gender differences between boys and girls appear more clearly than in middle age, which requires a differentiated approach to the choice of means and methods of study. At this age, learning is intensified by strengthening the training focus of lessons. A differentiated individual approach is important for students with low and high results in physical development. When organizing classes for young men, classes are provided under maximum volitional and physical stress.

The program material is divided into two parts – basic and variable. The basic part includes material in accordance with the federal component of the curriculum. The basic part fulfills the mandatory minimum of education in the subject “Physical Education”. The variable part includes program material on hockey,

“Russian lapta”, ice skating, athletic and recreational gymnastics. The program material becomes more complex in sections every year due to an increase in the complexity of elements based on previously completed ones. Students are assessed both at the end of the section and as they master skills. Gymnastics lessons are planned to be conducted in the frontal method (when conducting drill, general developmental and complex acrobatic exercises), in a group method, in a continuous manner (vaults), and also, by increasing the lessons by 1 hour, it became possible to engage in recreational gymnastics with children (prevention of correction scoliosis and flat feet).

    When assessing the technique of performing a motor action, we are guided by the following criteria:

    Mark “5”: the motor action was performed correctly (in a given way), accurately, confidently, in the proper rhythm, easily and clearly, the teacher has mastered the form of movement; in games he showed proper activity, resourcefulness, dexterity, the ability to act in a team, and strictly follow the rules.

    Mark “4”: the motor action was performed correctly, but not easily and clearly enough, some stiffness of movements is observed: in games the student did not show the proper activity or dexterity.

    Mark “3”: the motor action was performed mostly correctly, but tensely (or sluggishly), not confident enough), minor errors were made during execution; The student was inactive in games and committed minor rule violations.

    Mark “2”: the motor action was not performed or was performed incorrectly, uncertainly, carelessly; significant errors were made; In games, the student did not demonstrate proper activity, agility, or the ability to play in a group (team).

    Mark “1”: the teacher’s refusal to perform a motor action without a good reason or he was unable to perform the exercise at all.

    Monitoring of students' physical fitness is carried out twice a school year for all tests (in autumn and spring) and three times for those exercises that can be done in the gym (in September, at the end of December and in May). A map is kept of the dynamics of growth in indicators of the development of physical qualities of students (Table No. 1).

    Students who have a good or excellent level of physical development are recommended to participate in school sports sections, youth sports schools and other forms of classes. Students with an average and low level of physical development are given tasks to develop certain motor skills, and independent study is recommended.

    For students assigned to the preparatory medical group for health reasons, their academic performance is assessed on a general basis, with the exception of fulfilling the educational standard in types of physical exercise that are contraindicated for them.

In order to strengthen the interest and motivation of children to engage in physical education and sports, and to visually demonstrate classes using the program, specialists from Premier-UchFilm LLC developed a video manual (for all modules of the program) “FizkultURA!” 1 1. EXPLANATORY NOTE Physical education today is not only one of the mechanisms in instilling in children and adolescents the values of a healthy lifestyle, but also a large pedagogical, creative activity to constructively identify and use past experience in the process of creating new formats of working with children in this direction. In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated August 30, 2010 No. 889 “On amendments to the federal basic curriculum and model curricula for educational institutions of the Russian Federation implementing general education programs approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated On March 9, 2004, No. 1312 “On approval of the federal basic curriculum and model curricula for educational institutions of the Russian Federation implementing general education programs,” a third hour of physical education was introduced into the weekly teaching load of general education institutions of all types. This is dictated by the objective need to increase the role of physical education and sports in the education of schoolchildren, strengthening their health, and instilling healthy lifestyle skills. The academic subject “Physical Education” is defined in the Federal State Educational Standard of the new generation as mandatory for study at all levels of general education. Its main task is to improve health and promote the harmonious physical, moral and social development of schoolchildren. Subject results in the “Physical Education” program should reflect a wide range of experience acquired by students both in terms of strengthening and maintaining individual health, developing personal physical activity, understanding the values of a healthy and safe lifestyle, tolerant social behavior, and mastery of individual technical elements of basic and other sports, motivation to engage in physical education and sports. Satisfaction of individual sports interests of students should also be ensured various programs , elective courses and a variety of extracurricular activities in physical education and sports. Modular program in Physical education for grades 1-11 of general education institutions “FizkultURA!” (hereinafter referred to as the program) was developed by the team of Premier-UchFilm LLC, which systematizes the interesting experience of some educational institutions of the Ryazan region in terms of physical education and sports education for students at various levels of education in accordance with their interests. The goal of the program: the formation of skills and abilities to increase motor activity in students through increased interest in the academic subject “Physical Education” in general educational institutions. The implementation of the main goal of the program will be facilitated by solving the following tasks: 2 - developing students’ skills and abilities in performing physical exercises aimed at strengthening their health, preventing diseases, and developing bad habits; - use of acquired knowledge and skills in everyday life, taking into account individual interest in the field of physical culture and sports, state of health and functional capabilities of the body; - formation in students of a meaningful understanding of the need to build their own healthy lifestyle, using the resources of physical culture and sports. The program was developed in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards for the personal characteristics of a graduate of a general education institution in terms of the formation and use of skills and rules of a healthy lifestyle, as well as the requirements for the results of mastering the main educational program in the subject “Physical Education”. When drawing up the program, we took into account one of the main goals of the development of the school education system - the formation of an individual ready for active creative self-realization in the space of universal human culture and ready for social self-identification through personally significant activities. The program places emphasis on the differentiation of its use in accordance with the physical culture and sports interests of students, their physical capabilities, priorities in the educational policy of the institution in this direction, and the level of material and technical sports support of the educational institution. It is also very important that students using this program acquire good physical shape and ensure good health, while cultivating character traits such as a sense of camaraderie and solidarity. 2. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROGRAM This modular programs has three sections representing the content of the main forms of physical education in primary, basic and secondary (complete) schools, which together make up an integral system of physical education in the educational process. The content of the program material consists of two main parts: basic and variable. Mastering the basic principles of physical education is objectively necessary and mandatory for every student. Without the basic component, successful socialization in society and the effective implementation of professional activities, regardless of its direction, are impossible. The basic component forms the basis of the national standard of general educational training in the field of physical education and does not depend on regional, national characteristics and individual interests (requests) of the student. The variable part of physical education is due to the need to take into account the individual wishes and abilities of children, regional, national and local sports priorities in the work of a general education institution. The goals and objectives of the program are implemented through the creation of educational and gaming space, participation in sports and recreational events ("Fun Starts", sports KVNs, chess and checkers tournaments, etc.). The flexibility of the content and structure of the program is due to: - the possibility of its use at various levels of equipment of the institution’s material and technical sports base; - the ability to use both the program as a whole and its individual modules; - the possibility of its use in other formats (extracurricular activities, physical education and sports clubs in the system of additional education, during school holidays, sports events, etc.). 3. PLACE OF THE PROGRAM IN THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (RECREATION, HEALTH INSTITUTIONS) AND EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIOD The program is recommended for use: - in general educational institutions at all levels of education: as a program in the academic subject “Physical Education”; as part of students’ extracurricular activities; as integrated courses in the academic subject “Physical Education” (use of separate modules); when organizing leisure and vacation recreation for children on the territory of a general education institution; in extended day groups; when organizing mass physical education and sports events with children and adolescents at school; - in system additional education students; - in the work of recreation, health and employment institutions for children during the holiday period. The format for using the program and its place in the process of physical education of students is at the discretion of a particular institution. The program is intended for students of the basic and preparatory medical groups. 4. PERSONAL, META-SUBJECT AND SUBJECT RESULTS OF MASTERING THE PROGRAM As a result of studying the program, students must achieve certain results. Personal results – reflect the individual personal qualities of students, which they must acquire in the process of mastering this 4th course. These are: - understanding the need for personal participation in shaping one’s own health; - skills to form your own culture of a healthy lifestyle; - knowledge about functionality body, methods of preventing diseases and overexertion; - readiness and ability for self-development and self-learning; - readiness for personal self-determination; - respectful attitude towards other opinions; - mastering the skills of cooperation with adults and peers; - ethical feelings of benevolence, tolerance and emotional and moral responsiveness, understanding and empathy for the feelings and circumstances of other people; - positive personality traits and the ability to manage one’s emotions; - discipline, attentiveness, hard work and perseverance in achieving goals; - skills of a creative approach to solving various problems and working for results; - providing selfless help to others. Meta-subject results characterize the level of formation of students’ universal educational actions, which are manifested in cognitive and practical activities. This is: - the ability to independently determine the goals of one’s learning, set new goals for oneself, emphasize motives and develop the interests of one’s cognitive activity; - the ability to plan, control and objectively evaluate one’s physical, educational and practical actions in accordance with the task and the conditions for its implementation; - independently assess the level of difficulty of tasks (exercises) in accordance with the capabilities of your body; - ability to work in a team: find compromises and common solutions, resolve conflicts based on the coordination of various positions; - formulate, argue and defend one’s opinion, the ability to conduct a discussion, discuss the content and results of joint activities. Subject results – characterize the skills and experience of students, which are acquired and consolidated in the process of mastering the academic subject “Physical Culture”. As a result of mastering the mandatory minimum content of the academic subject “Physical Culture”, primary school students must achieve the next level of development of physical culture and know: about the peculiarities of the origin of physical culture, the history of the first Olympic Games; about the methods and characteristics of human movements and movement, the role and significance of mental and biological processes in the implementation of motor acts; about the work of skeletal muscles, respiratory and circulatory systems when performing physical exercises, about the simplest ways to control the activities of these systems; about the terminology of the exercises being learned, their functional meaning and the direction of their impact on the body; about the general and individual basics of personal hygiene, about the rules for the use of hardening procedures, the prevention of postural disorders and maintaining a decent appearance; about the causes of injuries in physical education classes and the rules for their prevention. As a result of mastering the mandatory minimum content of the academic subject “Physical Culture”, students at the end of secondary school must be able to: - characterize: the features of organizing and conducting individual physical exercise classes of a general professional-applied and health-improving-corrective nature; features of training and self-training in motor actions, features of the development of physical abilities in physical education classes; features of the forms of classroom and extracurricular physical exercises, the basis of their structure, content and orientation; features of content and focus various systems physical exercises, their health-improving and developmental effectiveness. - determine: levels of individual physical development and motor 6 readiness; the effectiveness of physical exercise, the functional state of the body and physical performance; dosage of physical activity and the direction of the effects of physical exercise. 5. CONTENT OF THE MODULAR PROGRAM The teacher must provide each student with equal access to the basics of physical education, rely on broad and flexible methods and means of teaching for the development of children with different levels of motor and mental abilities. The proposed program for a physical education lesson consists of a set of basic modules, the development of which is aimed at increasing the role of physical education in the education of modern schoolchildren and strengthening their health. Program modules in primary school (grades 1-4) I. Outdoor games. Outdoor games in primary school are an indispensable means of solving a complex of interrelated problems of educating the personality of a junior schoolchild, developing his various motor abilities and improving skills. At this age, they are aimed at developing creativity, imagination, attention, nurturing initiative, independence of action, and developing the ability to comply with the rules of public order. Achieving these goals depends to a greater extent on skillful organization and compliance with methodological requirements for conducting games, rather than on their own content. 7 The variety of motor actions included in outdoor games has a complex effect on improving coordination and conditioning abilities (ability to react, navigate in space and time, rearrange motor actions, speed and speed-strength abilities, etc.). At this age, the foundations of gaming activity are laid, aimed at improving primarily natural movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing), basic gaming skills (catching the ball, passing, throwing, hitting the ball) and technical and tactical interactions (choosing a place, interaction with a partner, team and opponent) necessary for further mastery of sports games in middle and high schools. As a result of training, students should get acquainted with many games, which will help them develop an interest in gaming activities, the ability to independently select and play them with friends in their free time. Program material on outdoor games is grouped according to their primary impact on the corresponding motor abilities and skills. After mastering the basic version of the game, it is recommended to vary the conditions, number of participants, equipment, time of the game, etc. The system of exercises with large and small balls constitutes a kind of ball school. It is very important that every primary school student masters this school. It is recommended to perform movements with the ball in approximately equal proportions for both arms and legs. II. Gymnastics with elements of acrobatics Gymnastic exercises are one of the main parts of the content of physical education lessons, physical education and health activities during the school day, extracurricular activities and independent studies. The elementary school program material includes the simplest types of formations and formations, general developmental exercises without objects and with various objects, exercises in climbing and climbing, balance, simple acrobatic and dance exercises and exercises on gymnastic apparatus. III. Athletics exercises. Running, jumping and throwing, being natural types of movements, occupy one of the main places in the physical education of younger schoolchildren. Using these exercises, the teacher solves two problems. Firstly, it promotes the development of the basics of rational movement techniques necessary in middle and high school. Secondly, it enriches the child’s motor experience by using all kinds of exercise options and changing the conditions for their implementation. As a result of mastering this section of the program, students acquire the basic skills of running short and long distances, long and high jumps from a place and from a run, throwing at a target and at a distance. IV. Ski training The objectives of ski training and the content of the lessons include familiarizing children with the simplest rules for handling ski equipment, teaching basic formation techniques with skis, types of formations, formations and movements in formation, and the most necessary methods of movement. The main methods of movement during the initial training period include: alternating two-step moves, ascents with a walking step and “ladder”, descent in the main stance, turning by stepping around the heels of the skis and around the toes of the skis. 9

    Friends, today I will share with you my thoughts and tips on drafting work program for physical culture. There is a reason for this. The fact is that the Department of State Policy in the Sphere of General Education of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science sent a letter of information on the issues of drawing up work programs for academic subjects dated October 28, 2015 No. 08-1786 “On work programs of academic subjects”. In “Bulletin of Education” No. 23, dated December 2015, this letter was published signed by the Director of the Department A.V. Zyryanova. First, I will briefly outline the contents of this letter, and then I will offer you my sample work program. Due to ignorance of the specific requirements, some teachers make significant mistakes when compiling it.

    So, let’s get acquainted with the main elements of the physical education work program that we should have today (according to the letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard):

    1) Explanatory note, which specifies the goals of general education, taking into account the specifics of the academic subject;

    2) General characteristics of the academic subject;

    3) Description of the place of the subject in the curriculum;

    4) Personal, meta-subject and subject results of mastering a specific academic subject;

    6) Thematic planning with the definition of the main types of educational activities;

    7) Description of educational, methodological and logistical support for educational activities;

    8) Planned results of studying the subject.

    But in order to reduce the paperwork that we, teaching staff, suffer from, the Department has prepared changes to the federal state standards of general education in terms of requirements for work programs. This is what should now be included in the content of work programs:

    1) Planned subject results of mastering a specific academic subject.

    3) Calendar-thematic planning indicating the number of hours for mastering each topic.

    What does this mean for us? It is quite possible that points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 will be excluded from the work program from the new academic year. That is:

    - explanatory note...;

    general characteristics academic subject;

    — description of the place of the subject in the curriculum;

    - personal, meta-subject and subject results...;

    — description of educational, methodological and logistical support...

    It will be great! But let's go back to today and look at an approximate example of drawing up a work program in physical education for classes in which the federal state standard has been introduced (today, these are grades 1-6). In grades 7-11, work programs are somewhat different from the Federal State Educational Standards.

    Let me make a reservation right away that in accordance with the Basic Educational Program your school, which is approved by order of the director of the educational institution, with a certain number and from a certain date, each educational institution has its own form of drawing up a Work Program for subjects. That is, there is no single established model for all educational institutions in the country, but there are common basic elements, which are mentioned above.

    So, I suggest structure for drawing up the Work Program for Physical Culture:

    Title page

    It includes:

    - name of the educational institution,

    - who approved, agreed and reviewed,

    — document name and level,

    - number of hours per week and per year

    — the year the program was compiled.

    (Please note that the document is reviewed at the physical education teachers’ supervision meeting, agreed upon with the deputy director for water management and approved by the director of the institution).

    1. Explanatory note

    1.1. Document status.

    Working programm complies with regulatory documents:

    1. Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation”
    2. Federal state educational standard for primary general education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated October 6, 2009 No. 373 (as amended by orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated November 26, 2010 No. 1241, dated September 22, 2011 No. 2357, dated December 18 .2012 No. 1060, dated 12/29/2014 No. 1643, dated 05/18/2015 No. 507) (This is for grades 1-4). For grades 5-6 we write like this: Federal State Educational Standard for Basic General Education, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated December 17, 2010 No. 1897
    3. Federal list of textbooks, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated March 31, 2014 No. 253, with amendments approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated June 8, 2014 No. 576
    4. Letter from the Department of Education to the Administration of the Odintsovo Municipal District dated August 24, 2015 No. 4433 “On the organization of educational and extracurricular activities of students” (the details of this letter will change every academic year, so in the next academic year and beyond the date and number will be different)
    5. Regulations on the work program of a teacher of a basic school MBOU _____________ secondary school in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the second generation
    6. The curriculum of the MBOU _____________ secondary school for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Implemented through the teaching and learning center: “Physical education grades 5-7”, textbook for educational institutions, M.Ya. Vilensky , Moscow, “Enlightenment”, 2013

    This teaching aid was chosen due to the fact that (further we write a brief rationale for choosing this teaching aid) fully complies with the educational program and curriculum of the school...

    1.2. Place of the subject in the basic curriculum.

    Physical education in basic school is studied from grades 5 to 9, 3 hours a week during each year of study.
