After loading in normal mode, the blue screen appeared again, and when loading in safe mode, a message appeared that it was not possible to perform a system restore because it was not possible to access the system files.

Next, I simply tried to remove the ill-fated driver. But when I tried to remove the driver from safe mode, I received the message “The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Windows Installer may not be installed. Please contact support for help."

1. Launch the registry editor regedit.

After this a window will open "Computer Management". In the left area of ​​the window in the menu go to the section "Services and Applications" -> "Services".
