I would like to know what a “certified installer” is and what benefits does this give me as a customer?

Answer

Hello.

Behind the apparent simplicity of installing an SCS (structured cabling system), there are a lot of subtleties and problems that can be avoided by choosing the right installer company. At first glance, what does the installation include: run the cable, “extend” it from the side of the sockets and from the side of the patch panels, and the job is done. However, the higher the category (class) of the system, the stricter the requirements for the design and installation of SCS. And accordingly, the installer company requires deep knowledge of the technology for creating cable systems, the use of high-quality materials, the use of professional tools and special testing equipment, which is quite expensive and is not available from companies that do not professionally install cable systems.

Manufacturers develop and produce SCS under their own brand in compliance with the requirements of international standards, and often with even more stringent ones. The technology for constructing such a branded SCS is transferred by the manufacturer to the Certified Installer. Employees of the installer company are required to undergo training and pass exams from the SCS manufacturer. After this, the manufacturer, if it considers the installer’s qualification level sufficient, can enter into a cooperation agreement.

In answer to your question, I would like to emphasize that by entrusting the creation of your SCS to a Certified Installer, you receive a competently selected, designed and installed cable system that meets the requirements of the standards and has a warranty from the manufacturer for 20-25 years.

The Stroy-TK company is currently a certified installer of the following systems: Systimax, Panduit, RiT, Legrand, EuroLAN, IT-SKS, Molex PN, ADC Krone, IT-SKS.
