How to check the presence of Russian language in the operating system
We assume, dear user, that since you are reading this article, you have already checked the settings of your Android device and made sure that the Russian language is not in the selection list. But if you still forgot to do this, check the availability of the Russian-language OS interface right now. Go to the "Settings" menu item on your phone or tablet and then select "Language & keyboard". In the menu that opens, select the first item “Select language” and check the list of available languages to see if Russian is there. How to Russify Android 4.2 and higher

1. Enable the "USB debugging" mode on your device (Program menu -> "Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB debugging"). If the "Developer options" item is not available in the menu on your device, you need to find the "About phone" item in the "Settings" menu and click on the name of the device model or firmware version ten times in a row. "Developer options" will appear in the settings menu;
2. The ADB program must be unpacked on the computer to the root of the C: drive (the path to the executable file should be: C:\adb\adb.exe);
3. Connect your Android device to your computer;
4. Launch the application on your PC command line by running cmd.exe;
5. Enter the command cd c:\adb to go to the folder C:\adb\;

Resource Hacker is slightly reminiscent of PE Explorer, at least in functionality. Thanks to this program, you can also access many resources, thereby translating more phrases and words. In addition, you can write your own scripts in it, which can then be installed directly into the program as a separate resource (perhaps this is how viruses get into programs).
LikeRusXP
LikeRusXP was developed specifically for translating programs, unlike the three previous programs. It doesn't have large set functions, like in Multilizer, but there are built-in translators and even their own glossaries that can be supplemented. However, this program for Russifying programs is free only for a while.
Multilizer
On this moment, this is the most powerful program for translating programs into Russian. Unlike Resource Hacker and similar “resource thieves”, it gains access to exactly those that need or can be translated. It has several importers, including “google-translate”. Thanks to importers, you can organize automatic translation, or translate each line manually.
The list of these programs was compiled specifically for those who cannot learn foreign language, because now you have the opportunity to translate almost any program yourself. The most suitable, but also the most expensive tool for this is Multilizer, although someone may like another program. Or maybe you use localization programs that are not on this list?

If the interface of the program you need is in English, it can be Russified. You need to go online and enter the name necessary programs to the search bar. Surely, you are not the only one who has encountered such a problem, and the more like-minded people there are, the more likely it is to find the necessary localization. There is even a special service “Mail Answers”, where you can find many similar questions.
Go from the main menu to the About item, there you can find out the program version. Then download a crack that is strictly suitable for your version; others simply won’t be of any use. The versions must correspond exactly to each other, because... any slightest discrepancy will cause the utility to fail.
