Payment for delivery services

Delivery is carried out at the Buyer's expense, paid by the Buyer at the office of the transport company, at the time of receipt of the cargo. The cost of services depends on the weight of the ordered goods, the region of delivery and is calculated individually when placing each specific order based on the current tariffs of the transport company.

If the Buyer refuses the shipped and paid for cargo at the moment when the cargo has already left the office of the transport company in Moscow and is being sent to the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request a refund Money for the goods paid for by him, but minus the cost of the transport company services that were provided. The Supplier is obliged to provide the Buyer with documents confirming the cost of shipping services.

Cargo safety guarantees

When sending cargo, the cargo is insured. The cost of the insurance service is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the cargo. The cost of cargo insurance is on average 0.01% of the value of the cargo.

Warranty, return and exchange conditions

The warranty period for shipped products is 12 months, from the date of shipment to the buyer!

Complaints are accepted within 2 months from the date of shipment and only upon execution of a Complaint Report. To draw up a Claim Report, you must send a letter describing the problem and attached photos to the email address: rekl@site. Returns, replacements and elimination of defects are carried out only if the original packaging is preserved. The Supplier does not accept for consideration and execution claims and complaints regarding quality if defects in the goods are caused by non-professional assembly, violation of the conditions of transportation and operation of the goods, and also if defects (obvious) are not identified upon acceptance of the goods.

When delivering by courier, you always have the right to refuse the delivered goods. In this case, you will have to pay shipping. You also have the right to refuse the goods within 2 weeks after purchase and return the money by delivering the goods that did not suit you to our office or pay for the services of our delivery driver, who will accept the products for quality and appearance at your home or office.

The delivery time is counted from the moment the payment is received and the manager confirms that the goods have been sent for shipment. The car follows several orders, so after arrival, the waiting time before unloading is no more than 20 minutes. If unloading has not begun during this time, or the cargo cannot be accepted for some reason beyond our control, the driver has the right to leave with the cargo. The delivery service is considered completed.
