And Google said you're a deer. Yandex you are a sweetheart. A joke that gives a lot of traffic! Reflections and comments

Yandex is stupid– I called this become. But life shows that anyone who has worked on the Internet for more than 5 years once comes a moment when, like Zadornov, he calls out, pushing away from the table with his chair: “Yandex, you are stupid!!!”

Check the queries and see how many people come to a similar conclusion every month:

Yandex is stupid– 1,668 people per month.

Yandex you are stupid– 715 people.

The stupidest Yandex– 138 (if you choose the dumbest search engine among the great four Yandex, Bing, Google and Yahoo!, then, as they say in Odessa, “Yes, Yandex is the dumbest!”).

Yandex Google is stupid– 106. But here I will argue, because if Google is forced into this list, then the question arises: isn’t the webmaster himself creating a low-quality, shitty site that is equally negatively perceived by all search engines?

« Yandex you are dumber than Google“- I agree with those 99 people who argue in a similar way.

Well, then comes the cry from the heart:

« Yandex you stupid bastard!!!" - 74 people are crying out about this.

And after him:

« Why is Yandex stupid?

Why is Yandex stupid? I can name 10 reasons right off the bat:

1. TIC is a legalized racket that forces any webmaster to buy left-handed links, otherwise he will not get to the top. When Yandex itself claims that the only thing that matters is how much you write, not taking into account the behavioral factor: time on the site, user activity, depth of views, number of comments, building search results only on the TIC is somehow hypocritical. Do you agree?

2. The story with copy-paste - create a bot that will find copy-paste and automatically make invisible links to the site from which the text was stolen - is it really that difficult? And everyone would immediately stop stealing, knowing that by posting the stolen text, you automatically give the TIC to the person you stole from.

3. And secondly, it’s just as easy to understand where the original source is and where it is. But no, Yandex stupidly does not pay attention to this, allowing thieves to get to the TOP, and those whose text was stolen hang out in position 101.

6. Of all the search engines mentioned, Yandex is the dumbest, and this point (I have no doubt about it) does not require much proof.

7. Yandex you are dumber than Google - another point that I accept without much controversy, loving Google more. And if so, then I do not agree with those who say “Yandex Google is stupid”, tarring everyone with the same brush. At the same time, I regret that our fellow citizens do not use Yahoo! – the most honest and categorical of search engines.

8. Another explanation why Yandex is stupid is an attempt to assign a certain regional affiliation to each site. And as soon as a blogger from St. Petersburg writes “today in Ulan-Ude such and such took place” and until you sing to technical support and prove that you are not a deer, your site will be assigned to one that has nothing to do with you Buryatia.

9. Those who suffered by writing the word “” in their article, as a result of which they were either blacklisted or labeled “18+,” can also tell you a lot about how Yandex stupidly leaked their resources.

10. Well, you can fill out this item yourself if you came here by the queries “Yandex, you’re stupid,” “Yandex is the dumbest,” “Yandex, you’re a stupid bastard,” or “why is Yandex stupid.”

A search algorithm is a set of lines of code that have been written to most effectively solve the problem of providing the user with relevant results. This means that no “humanity” can be expected from algorithms, but, as you know, there are exceptions to any rule.

At some point in time, the RuNet was filled with various pages with collections of “search humor.” The most absurd and funny queries made users bewildered and laugh at the same time, but there are a number of keys, after starting a search for which, the search engine begins to behave completely atypical for itself.

A very, very old curiosity in the field of search queries for Google system- Google fool. The user tried to insult the search engine, but the robot doesn’t go into his pocket for words and immediately answers the user with the first line of the search results: “Google is not a fool, it won’t recommend shit.” Of course, there is an explanation for this, which is much simpler than it might seem: the phrase is taken from a page about this curiosity on some resource.

For some period of time, the search engine returned this phrase first, letting the user know that you are not addressing a soulless set of commands, but an artificial intelligence with good self-esteem. Ranking algorithms do not stand still, and the site that came out on top for the query “Google is stupid” was constantly changing in order to get a share of the glory.

Today it is not known for certain who was the first to offer such an answer to the search, but it is obvious that the machine liked it. Experts in the field of search engine promotion agree that this is by no means a machine response, but the result of the intervention of the human factor in ranking, because sometimes the first place for this request was completely meaningless pages with low-quality content.

Google would not be so popular if it were a mindless and dry search engine. Developers have stated this more than once at numerous conferences, and the answer to the query “Google is a fool” is direct proof of this.

Another example of a funny search engine reaction. The fact is that if you start a search for the query “Google you’re a honey,” the robot will answer you very unequivocally: “I’m not your honey, you stupid bastard.”

As with the humorous response described above, this is also probably not the work of search algorithm, but errors or human intervention in the operation of the algorithms, since the sites in the top 1 results for this query change, but the literal search answer for this query does not change.

Hello, to all readers of my blog, and today I want to write you an interesting post on the topic, Yandex, you are a honey. I don’t know, maybe you’ve heard, or maybe not, about this very piquant request, which, by the way, collects quite a decent amount of traffic. It’s the same story with the Google query “you honey.”

Having analyzed this request, I discovered for myself that it contains very great competition, but since the popularity of the request is very high, it would be a crime not to write about it.

Now you can say, they say, Yuri wrote a post about some nonsense or this is complete bullshit, but believe me, with such things and jokes, if not the future of the Internet, then very bright prospects are hidden. Read to the end and you will learn how you can collect large and targeted traffic from jokes.

So, what kind of request is this, why did I decide to write this post, and what’s going on in general? Let's try to figure out what's what, but, first, I would really ask you to enter the following phrase in Google, namely: Yandex, you are a honey.

Then we click on search and what do we see.

It turns out to us that he is not a sweetheart at all, right?? Well, since you have checked and are convinced that such a joke really exists, now you need to understand why this joke was created and what it gives to its author.

By the way, you can watch my short video on this topic:

Well, look, if there is such a joke, then someone created it and that someone is Mr. X. I’ll honestly tell you that if it weren’t for this request, I would hardly have recognized this person, but this is how he became more or less famous (even if he’s hiding behind a curtain of mystery). Now, many people come to his blog, and the bulk of the visitor data comes from this request.

Now let's analyze this keyword. Naturally, from the very beginning, this request was zero, well, who would want to enter something that Yandex is so cute, right?! Then, the number of requests was created individually precisely with the creation of this response.

It turns out that the person created an interesting answer, which seems to be answered by the search engine itself, saying that he is not your sweetheart, some kind of sweetheart.

Yandex you are my sweetheart

So, we found out that this request appeared, well, someone accidentally entered it. Then, seeing the prospect of this, some person, and in this case, a blogger, created an answer to it, which many people liked, because it is really fun. Then, the time came when this request simply began to spread across the Internet like a virus.

“Hey, do you want a joke?? Want. Enter this phrase into Google. And that will be? You enter and then you will see.” This way similar requests spread on the Internet, and social networks are simply teeming with them. It turns out that this request is high-frequency, which means that if you promote it to good traffic, you can get stable traffic. I am sure that the author of this answer receives 100-200 visitors per day and this with minimal effort. Therefore, if you want to get good traffic, you will have to get a little creative this way.

Of course, now this query has been used many times, and the query “Google you honey” has become just a Runet joke; it can often be seen in public pages on social networks. Well, okay, there is an interesting request, a joke, but maybe there is an opportunity to create something similar yourself?

I think there's a good chance that you could create something like this yourself. For example, enter this query again, but don’t rush to click search, just look at what other answers people are looking for.

Well, I just can’t wrap my head around what’s on this in a simple way, many receive very decent traffic to their Internet resources, so if you want to get promoted, and very quickly, you will need to apply some rules.

And so, the rules for creating artificial HF requests:
– your request should be interesting;
– of course, that it must be unique, but, nevertheless, you can always spy on competitors;
– such a request should be fun. For example, Yandex, I love you, I'm waiting for you, well, something from this series;
– you can use these jokes in different search engines ah, naturally, this request will be difficult to promote in Yasha or Gosh.

Therefore, it’s a paradox, but it’s really true that you can be a total 0 in SEO, but, nevertheless, promote your Internet resource to 1000 traffic. I will definitely conduct an experiment where I will create such a request, which may well give very good and stable traffic. If you have not heard about this, then I recommend that you think about this issue today, because it seems to me that it is precisely such requests that can bring your site to good traffic.

Moreover, this traffic will be very targeted, since the people who come to you will read your article, which you tailor for this joke, and will also read your other articles.

Conclusion: the Internet is not only a place where you need to study SEO and promote your requests. On the Internet you can express your imagination and use this to promote your websites, blogs, online stores, and portals.

Well, well, the queries: Yandex you honey, Google you honey are now very popular, but nevertheless, now you can still find such queries that can also be well promoted.

That's all for me, bye everyone!
In order not to miss anything on my blog, I recommend that you subscribe to my blog updates .

Sincerely, Yuri Vatsenko!

Hi all! Not long ago, while doing an analysis of search queries, I came across an interesting point. Phrases such as “Yandex is crap”, “Google is crap” and the like are driven into search bar thousands of people per month. In general, I became interested in why so many Internet users are so disgusted with this or that search engine that in a fit of indignation they begin to write similar queries. I had to conduct a superficial study, the results of which you can familiarize yourself with right now.

First, let's look at the reasons why Yandex is considered shit

  1. The main source of angry outcries against Yandex is the community of webmasters and SEO specialists. And it’s clear why - many sites, even if they are made very well, face problems with search engine promotion in this system. Moreover, some sites even fall under one of the many filters and are lowered in the search results or drop out of it altogether. These, in my opinion, are the main reasons why Yandex is called shit.
  2. The second argument that site builders rely on when calling Yandex shit is its slowness. The search database is updated slowly; it can take 7-14 days or even more before a page is included in the index. In addition, there are problems with the perception of social signals (links from social networks - VKontakte, Twitter and others). They are also taken into account according to some strange principle.
  3. And the third thing that, in my opinion, many users don’t like and is the reason for Yandex’s insults is the fact that its regional search works great, but at the global level, the results displayed in search results for a particular query are very often far from relevant. That is, while expecting to find one thing, you stumble upon something completely different.
  4. Another disadvantage is the banner advertising displayed near the search results. But reasonable people should understand that everyone wants to eat. In addition, the money collected from banners will certainly be used to develop the project and keep the company afloat (and don’t forget about AdBlock, which solves the problem of advertising not only on Yandex, but also on any other site).

For the sake of justice, I will say a few words in support of this search engine. In fact, things are going quite well. Yes, it’s difficult to get into the index – I agree here. But if you manage to do this and even feed a fast bot, which will index and rank the content added to the site very quickly. In addition, unlike Google, Yandex is more adequate in its attitude towards SEO links - it counts their weight minimally, while the American resets everything to zero.

Now let's talk more about Google, why it may be considered shit

  1. Many are not satisfied with this company’s policy of introducing and integrating various kinds of services, most of which are completely unnecessary for the Russian user. For example, the same social network Google+ with a completely inconvenient design (some, of course, may disagree with me). Yandex does everything much more practically, and there are many more services that are really worth using.
  2. Also, Google algorithms indirectly encourage various kinds of doorways and other sites, as they say, “not for people.” On the one hand, this is a definite plus for many webmasters and SEO specialists involved in website promotion, but if you look at it from the other side, it is a definite minus for simple internet users who will have trouble finding the information they need in a pile of junk.
  3. Some people are also dissatisfied with Google's contextual advertising system. Yes, it is easy to get into, there are no special requirements. But the accounts of webmasters can be blocked without trial or investigation, and accordingly, earnings are lost. I would also say that Google is shit if they banned me for absolutely no reason. It’s one thing when accounts are blocked for cheating, and quite another when an innocent person gets targeted.

The advantages of Google include the ease of use, high speed work (including quickly getting into the index of website pages) and an extensive database of more than 300 billion web pages. This is, in principle, much more than what is on this moment from Yandex, which at the global level is unlikely to compete with itself popular search engine peace.

Yandex is crap, Google is crap – user reviews

In order not to be unfounded, I will give several examples of reviews from people using the functionality of these two search engines, which I found on forums and websites. Some of them are objective, and some are not so much. However, they accurately reflect the picture of the relationship ordinary users to Google and Yandex. (click on the image to enlarge screenshots)

Really. In Google's search results, various information resources like Wikipedia and others actually rank first, while in Yandex, more commercial sites climb into the TOP.

Harsh, but true. It seems to me that in the fight for the purity of search results, Yandex often goes too far and “white” projects fall under the distribution. But if you managed to securely gain a foothold in Yandex, then you have achieved some success.

It turns out that this problem is not only bothering me. Every third installer of any program contains a proposal to install YandexBar, make Yandex the default search, and similar nonsense. Moreover, what’s most offensive is that unchecking the corresponding items does not always help.

The most sensible opinion of all provided. Be that as it may, when creating and promoting websites in the RU zone, you will have to work with both projects.

Conclusion

In my opinion, only a person seriously offended by something can shout at every corner such phrases as “Yandex you are shit Google is better” and similar ones. Both systems are very good and are far ahead of their competitors. It was to them that users of the once popular search engines Rambler and Aport switched to them. I certainly wouldn’t call any of them shit.

Now we can see with our own eyes a clear example of the real search competition between two high-tech, best-in-class systems. And while each of them is fighting for leadership, they will both improve and modernize their functionality, making it more convenient for users.

P.S. What don’t you like about the leading Russian Internet search engines and do you consider any of these search engines to be crap? And why do so many people write a request - you are shit towards Yandex and Google, what are they offended by, what do you think?
I would like to hear your thoughts on these issues.

Reflections and comments

I agree that all search engines consider it shit because they promote to their site, but something doesn’t work out. I would remove the point about Yandex being slow. Everything is fine with me and there are no brakes. I agree that Google has a lot of services that are annoying and it offers its products, I would say intrusively. It’s very annoying that when you type a phrase into Google’s search and follow the links, the sites open not in a new tab, but in an old one, and you have to click back, which is annoying. Soon they will also call Sputnik shit.

Well, it’s normal for you, but for others it’s the other way around: new website pages get into the index for weeks, and even more. New sites especially have problems with indexing; Yandex cannot index them for months, which is why we have to help it. So in terms of indexing, Yandex is shit.

I read the article and it became even interesting. The query “Yandex, you're shit, Google is better” is entered into Yandex searches 4,443 times every month. Well, for the life of me, I don’t understand what answer people want to get to this question. These are the two largest companies, Yandex the most dear internet company in Europe, Google is the most expensive company in the world, why call them shit? Do something like this yourself first, and then call others names.

In my opinion, it’s funny, these are not such direct disadvantages as are described in the article to call Yandex or Google shit. All companies have disadvantages; it’s not so easy to do everything at once; progress does not stand still. If it was crap, people wouldn't use it.

Otherwise people have a huge choice! Google and Yandex are also normal, compared to Rambler, Mail, Bing. If it weren’t for Google and Yandex, I think we would have completely collapsed. But if you choose who is shit among Yandex and Google, then I would give the honorary title of shit to Yandex. Still, Yandex lags far behind Google in terms of development.

No, it’s not just temporary, it seems to me that they will never catch up with Google. Yandex cannot make AP (search database updates) daily, like Google. Google AP every day, and Yandex once a week. We waited for the last AP for 12 days. Regarding indexing, here Yandex is also much inferior; in Google, without running on Twitter, indexing takes 5 minutes, and in Yandex, at best, in a week. IN general Yandex I think it's crap, Google is better.

Yandex is of course worse than Google, I don’t argue, but I want to point out that sometimes Yandex finds something that Google cannot, and sometimes vice versa. All I want to say is that just learn how to use search engines correctly.

You don't quite understand these shows correctly. We don’t know exactly how much is administered. These are impressions, that is, in Russia and the CIS countries, the request “Yandex you shit Google is better” is shown in search results 4443 times. Maybe this request is entered by 500 people a month, 2-3 times a week, and these impressions will be counted. Well, on average, it seems to me, 2 thousand people enter this query per month.

I don’t know, I like that Yandex and Google are excellent search engines, it’s not for nothing that millions of people around the world use them. Well, maybe Google is somehow better somewhere, but I don’t even know what. These are schoolchildren who can only enter the name of the search engine next to the word “shit” into a search engine.

No, it’s not schoolchildren who enter this, but webmasters and SEO specialists, it seems to me. In this way they inform the management of search engines that their PS is “Shit”. After all, PS employees review the entered queries, which include a key that is associated with their PS.

A very interesting point arises regarding Google+. When searching, they often come to the top Google pages+. Hence, I have a suspicion that theoretically you can make good money from this (as well as from promoting videos on Youtube). Only regarding Youtube, the euphoria has already begun, but regarding Google+, perhaps everything is ahead.

News about google + and tops - cnews.ru/top/2014/07/11/google_poyman_za_podtasovkoy_rezultatov_poiska_57918

There are a lot of queries that make it to the top. But how to directly promote Google Plus to the top is still a mystery to me. It’s generally not clear how requests move through social network- they don’t buy backers for tweets)) If anyone shares their observations, I will be very grateful.

I didn’t ask how many requests were in the TOP, I asked what requests. Commercial, non-commercial, LF, MF, HF. Maybe requests to the TOP, for example, how to dig up worms, or raspberries, which will not bring anything in terms of income. I think my point is clear.

Well, if a request gets to the top, then anyone can be promoted) The main thing is that your budget is enough to promote the request. But again, what’s the point of promoting a query from Google Plus if it’s better to promote it from the site? I personally still don’t understand how Google Plus can be monetized properly.

You're talking nonsense. Try promoting, for example, the request “making money on the Internet” or “stretch ceilings”, I’ll see how you can do it without having a couple of extra thousand dollars in your pocket.

I haven’t worked with them yet, but from many reviews and rules I know that Google can ban everyone and not pay money, and Yandex can be posted if you have at least 500 visitors per day on your site.

Friends, hello everyone. Ruslan Galiulin is in touch. Tell me, are you also tormented by Yandex’s constant mood swings? Personally, I'm just tired of this. Unlike Google, which indexes new articles in a few minutes, Yandex still picks everyone’s brains. But already in 2016, Yasha begins to gradually please the search databases with his Ups, but he keeps changing the results and cannot figure out the signals in his algorithms, which he has already produced a whole bunch of.

Yandex is a sucker or not

It often happens that I wrote an article on a blog and after it gets into the Yandex results, it can already be in the TOP 5, and then fly off the 2nd page. But if the text of the article is correct SEO optimized, then often many posts return to the TOP after 1-2 database updates. That's why I think Yandex is still...

Considering that Yandex doesn’t really understand whether the content is high-quality or not, then it’s definitely a sucker here and whatnot. The fact is that if content is copied from sites and posted on a third-party resource, then it reacts differently. Sometimes he bans sites that engage in copy-paste, and sometimes he considers the content to be original, although these are complete doorways. I once wrote about how to promote a website yourself in Yandex.

There are, of course, cases that articles are written in violation of all Yandex requirements, have a terrible design and have nothing at all, but it still ranks them higher than many of those who work on content and write useful material. But what can we say, the specialists of the richest office like Yasha have not yet learned how to work with algorithms. If I were Google, I would say that " Yandex LOH».

It seems that you are sitting there trying to make a blog or a company website for people as Yasha orders, but Google doesn’t buy some things and is also starting to butt heads. In general, you need to approach promotion wisely and adapt to both search engines at the same time. Otherwise, you will chase one hare and miss the second.

Many people probably read the article and think why it’s called that idiotically, but the whole point is that I’m tailoring this article to this request and I want to see what happens next. It seems that I’m swearing at Yasha, but on the other hand I’m writing a new blog post -))).

Well, maybe Yandex is a sucker because Google said so

Yes, such an expression only makes you smile, and in general, the article is just a test article to conduct an experiment on how a search engine will react to such text. I’ll add to the article based on the results of indexing and tell you whether it was possible to promote the post to the TOP 10.

Today, my traffic is approximately the same from both Yasha and Google, and I have to constantly come up with something and write on different topics that will be of interest to readers.

Let's analyze the key query that I use in the article and how often I insert it into the text.

  • The main query “Yandex sucker” is used in the title and 2 subheadings;
  • The request is also in that list in the tag
  • and 2 times in the text of sentences;
  • Query frequency without "!" 1432 per month in Russia and is an HF request.

Well, this is where I will end this experiment, and in order not to miss the result, be sure to subscribe to the blog newsletter at the bottom of the article. I hope the article was interesting and see you soon.
