Instructions for refilling HP ink cartridges. Refilling hp cartridges according to the instructions Refilling the hp 652 cartridge at home

How to properly pack an inkjet cartridge when transporting?
To avoid getting your hands and everything around you dirty, you need to follow a few simple rules. To do this, we need a sheet of A4 paper or a newspaper, we prepare a stapler and a bag. And so, we take the cartridge out of the printer (1), put it on an A4 sheet (2) and wrap it, as if in a roll (3). And we bend the edges of the paper 1-2 times and clamp it with a stapler (4). We pack it in a bag and take it to the gas station (5). In this state, even if the cartridge leaks, the paper will absorb all the ink and the cartridge will remain clean.

Does the HP 652 ink cartridge have a chip?
There is no chip in this cartridge. The cartridge is equipped with a contact group (1), which does not reset or change, and that is why, after refilling, the printer will indicate that the HP 652 cartridge is empty or non-original. The contact group is a small chip where information about the cartridge is stored (expiration date, ink level, serial number). If you refilled a compatible or Chinese cartridge, printing may be blocked. SOLUTION - replacing the cartridge with an original one. Original HP 652 cartridges do not block printing after refilling. We also want to touch on the topic of sealing contacts in order to reset the cartridge. But after analyzing this topic, we came to the conclusion that there is no point in sealing the contacts, since there are no advantages to it. The cartridge will work without problems for several refilling cycles, and eventually the contact group will dry out or fail.

Why did the HP 652 cartridge start streaking after the next refill?
In our difficult days and sky-high prices for cartridges, people began to come up with different ways to refill cartridges at home. After watching videos on the Internet on refilling cartridges and reading the instructions, they decide to refill the HP 652 themselves. Having bought unknown ink on the market or somewhere else, they fill it in and think that’s it, the cartridge is ready for use, but this refill option does not always work. Yes, indeed, the cartridge will work for a couple of cycles, but at the next refill it may simply rinse out or even stop printing altogether. This comes from a lack of knowledge and, of course, specialists. equipment. Our service not only refills suitable, proven ink, but also pumps the cartridge, as if ink clots are removed. In this case, print quality is not lost. We also provide a guarantee for refilling the HP 652 cartridge. That is, if you refilled with us and it turned out that you did not immediately insert the cartridge into the printer, then after a week or more there is a possibility that the ink will partially dry out and the image will not be fully printed. But it doesn’t matter, in this case you can contact us, and we will resuscitate him. Someone will probably ask - why does a refilled HP 652 cartridge dry out so quickly? The answer is simple - the original cartridge contains high-quality ink that has special “non-drying” properties and this determines the price. All other inks on the market are different from the original. But, in any case, refilling the HP 652 cartridge still saves money.

Is your HP 652 cartridge dry? Don't be upset, it can be revived.

To do this, you need to follow the instructions for cleaning the HP 652 cartridge: prepare a small plate, 3-4 cotton pads, ideally glass cleaner (muscle with ammonia), or water (≈50 ° C) and a napkin or toilet paper. So,
1) take a plate and put 3-4 cotton pads in it.
2) pour the product on them.
3) place the cartridge with the print head on cotton pads.
4) leave the cartridge for 7-10 minutes, then put the cartridge on a napkin and wipe it.
5) leave the cartridge for 30 minutes to dry, after which it can be inserted into the printer. We clean it with the standard utility (if available) and try to print something.

If this method of cleaning the HP 652 cartridge helped you, then all you have to do is use the cartridge to the end and only then take it for refilling. If not, you can safely bring the cartridge to us. For those who tried to refill the HP 652 cartridge themselves, but did not succeed, we are also waiting for you in our service. We draw your attention to the fact that if you are our regular customer and refill cartridges only from us, you can bring the cartridge for cleaning completely free of charge if it dries out after a short period of inactivity.

Instructions on how to refill an HP 650 cartridge

Attention!!! When a cartridge runs out, it is advisable to refill it immediately.

Cartridge refilling,

Which has been stored empty for some time is more problematic and does not always bring a positive result.
The longer the cartridge is stored, the more difficult it is to wash the print head; it may dry out so that the cartridge can be safely thrown away and bought a new one.

Note: Before you start refilling the cartridge, use a damp cloth soaked in cleaning liquid to gently clean the outer
side of the print head, i.e. nozzle plate.

1. Place the cartridge on the tissue with the print head facing down.

2. Carefully remove the sticker from the cartridge cover.

3. Place the refill needle on the syringe and draw the required amount of ink.

4. Carefully push the needle deeper into the filling hole of the color that will be refilled. The cartridge contains filler,
therefore, there may be some resistance when pushing the needle. Do not lower the needle deeper than shown in the photo to avoid damaging the cartridge.

5. Slowly add ink to the cartridge until excess ink appears in the fill hole. Rinse the refill needle with distilled water and dry it before refilling with a different color.

6. Blot any remaining ink around the refill hole to prevent different inks from mixing.

7. Stick to the top of the cartridgeput the sticker back exactly as it was, so that the filling holes are evenly closed and air flows through the grooves.

8. Clean the print head and cartridge contact plate with a dry cloth.

Today, our warehouse always has more than 6,000 types of printer consumables in stock with a supply of 2-3 weeks. Our warehouse is replenished several times a day from all official distributors of original cartridges in Ukraine.

We are a key partner in the consumables group for:

  • ERC - brands CANON, HP, SAMSUNG, EPSON
  • MTI - brands CANON, EPSON, OKI
  • KM-Disty - HP brand

Main types of printer consumables

original cartridges - manufactured under the brand name of the printing device manufacturer. This type of cartridge ensures maximum print quality, durability and provides the manufacturer's warranty until the end of their validity period. Whenever possible, we always recommend that our customers use original consumables. Our store presents exclusively original cartridges officially imported into Ukraine with a current expiration date. Each original cartridge is covered by the official warranty of its manufacturer. If any complaints arise about the quality of the original cartridge, we are always ready to accept it for examination and, if a manufacturing defect is identified, replace it with a new original cartridge free of charge.

compatible cartridges, analogs - these are cartridges manufactured by third-party manufacturers. Today in Ukraine there are a huge number of brands of compatible cartridges of various quality, so they are much cheaper than original cartridges with a comparable resource and similar print quality. We offer our customers only high-quality compatible cartridges with an unconditional quality guarantee.

ink - used for inkjet printers when refilling cartridges or when using CISS or PZK (refillable cartridges). They, in turn, are divided into water-soluble, sublimation, pigment, fluorescent, etc. Depending on the scope of application (for markings , in the interior, etc.) the ink can be waterproof, lightfast, and fixed with UV rays. We offer ink in various packaging - 100g, 200g, 1 liter, refill sets 3x20g, ink sets of 100g of each color, etc.

CISS - a continuous ink supply system is used to reduce the cost of a print by 40 times or more. Installed on inkjet printers, MFP, plotters, consists of an ink container and a silicone cable. Constant pressure in the system ensures stable printing job devices.

toner - used for refilling cartridges in laser printers. This is a special printing powder that is transferred to paper using a laser, photodrum and charge rollers, followed by baking in the “oven” of the printing device. The quality of the printed image directly depends on the quality of the toner. Adhesion, density and background are the main parameters that you need to pay attention to when choosing a particular toner manufacturer.

    Spare parts for cartridge and printer - spare parts and accessories for cartridges and printing devices: print heads, cables, programmers, photodrums, shafts, blades, bushings, gears, chips, etc.;

    equipment and materials for service - devices that help care for the printer: toner vacuum cleaner, removers, bags for cartridges, etc.;

  • photographic paper is the main medium for high-quality image transfer from digital to tactile. We offer a full range of photo paper of various formats, types of coating, density, and quantity per package.
  • office paper and special media - for badges, stickers, office equipment.

Black HP 123 and 652 belong to the category of cartridges with a built-in print head, which are used in budget printers DeskJet 2130, 2630, 3639, Ink Advantage 3635, 4535, 2135, 1115, 3775, 3785, 3835, 5075, 4675, 5275, 87 s two inkwells. As a rule, cartridges with the same number use a specific type of ink and do not change after that, but with 123 and 652 everything is not so simple.

What is the problem?

There are 2 fundamentally different types of inks: pigment and water-based. To describe briefly, water ones are best used for photographs; they spread if water is dropped on them, while pigment ones are more stable and are great for texts and various documentation.

After 123 and 652 cartridges went on sale, the manufacturer’s website indicated that they contained water-based ink, but in 2017 everything changed and, according to information from the official website, the black cartridge is filled with pigment ink, and the color cartridge is filled with water-based ink. It is not entirely clear whether there was an error in the description, or whether the type of ink really suddenly changed.

If the aqueous black actually became pigment at some point, then there is a possibility that old batches of 123 and 652 cartridges are still on sale and refilled with a different type of ink. And since this is not indicated on the packaging in any way, it will not be possible to find out in advance what kind of ink needs to be refilled.

What to do?

The best way to use compatible ink in dual-cartridge printers is to refill originals manually. It turns out that you will have to deal with branded HP ink tanks in any case.

To find out what type of ink is used in a black cartridge, simply print a black and white image with the settings for text (it is important not to turn off the settings for photo printing so that the black color is not achieved by mixing colored aqueous inks). After this, just drop water on the painted area: pigment ink will not wash out, but water-based ink will begin to smear (that’s why they are called water-soluble).

IMPORTANT! If you still haven’t been able to determine what type of ink is in the cartridge or you’ve simply run out of ink and the printer refuses to print, it’s better to opt for aqueous black. This is safer for the print head of the cartridge.

Having determined the type of ink in the black cartridge, you can select the appropriate ink set:

  • Pushkink PIH94.100×4 is a budget set of Russian inks with water-based black. It is convenient for its versatility, because Pushkinki makes water-based ink so that it can also be used in pigment cartridges. In our opinion, the print quality is not the highest, so using them for printing photos is not very profitable.
  • InkTec H7064-100M-4 - set of Korean ink with water-based black. Since its release in mid-2015, the DesignJet 2130 has been sold as compatible and has had no user complaints. The use of water-based ink in a pigment cartridge is acceptable in this case (but only for 123 and 652, since each case is individual and we do not recommend experimenting!).
  • InkTec H7064-100M-4.BP is a set of Korean ink with pigment black, which went on sale as soon as it became known about the change in the type of dye in HP cartridges. If you are sure that you have a new pigment ink cartridge, we recommend choosing this one.
  • OCP BKP 225, C/M/Y 163 - relatively expensive German ink with pigment black.
