Let's take a closer look at the delivery types and choose the most optimal one for us.

3. International Parcel - Surface- ground delivery method. It differs from the previous method only in the delivery method, that is, by land and sea, as a result the delivery time increases significantly. The cost is a little cheaper. The parcel also arrives at Russian Post. This method is convenient for saving money and not saving time.
4. Small Packet™ - International Air— as the name suggests, the method is suitable for sending small parcels and letters by air mail. Arrives at the Russian Post Office.
5. Small Packet™ - International Surface - a way for the most patient and most economical buyers, small parcels and letters by land and sea. If you are not in a hurry and extremely save money, then this is your choice. Arrives at the Russian Post Office.

As you probably noticed, among the above methods, there is not a single one that would allow delivery to EMS Russian Post, whether it is good or bad for you to judge, for me, EMS Russian Post is not very different from Russian Post, despite all the advertising videos.

The Canada Post tracking number format looks like this:

• For small packages weighing up to 2 kg – Rx123456785CA;
• For parcels weighing from 2 to 20 kg – Cx123456785CA;
• For EMS shipments – Ex123456785CA.

The 13-digit track number is encrypted: the type of item is in the first letter, the uniqueness of the number is confirmed by the second letter and all numbers. The last two letters indicate the country of the postal service, for example RU is Russian Post, US is US Post, etc.

In 2000, Canada Post created a company called Epost, allowed customers to receive their bill online for free (in 2007, Epost was absorbed into Canada Post).
